Abused By My Ex Lover

Chapter 5

Dash's POV

I had just woken up and went to the bathroom to clean myself up when I saw large, red burns on my back. Then I remembered the event. I shivered at the thought; thankfully, Soarin was able to stop much more happening.

I cleaned myself up and got out my room to head to the mess hall for some breakfast. As I was walking, I heard somepony call my name. "Hey there, Dash. You want to get breakfast together." It was......Soarin. I looked up to him as we made eye contact and nodded my head a little. 

As we were walking, we talked a little here and there, mainly things to do with the Wonderbolts and some local gossip. I was very glad he didn't talk about........him (shivers) I guess he knew I would get a little teary-eyed. After a few minutes, we finally reached the mess hall. A few ponies said hi and waved. Of coarse, I waved back and said hi back, guess I didn't want them to get a little suspicious.

We got out food and headed to an empty table and began eating. There was silence for a few minutes. A very awkward silence, until Soarin spoke.

"So, Dash." He swallowed his eggs before continuing. "Have you decided if your going to be carrying on practicing and doing performances with us?" He looked towards me with a warm, loving smile. I suddenly felt my cheeks burning up.............a lot. I looked away from him and shook my head a little before whispering an unnoticeable "no". 

I guess he saw I was a little worried because next thing I knew, he wrapped his wing around my very small body. And I, leaned closer to him; not knowing what I was doing considering I was in my own world. Suddenly my eyes became like dinner plates as I realized what I was doing. I pushed myself away from him and began saying some whatnot.

"O-Oh umm, S-Soarin, I'm s-so s-sorry. I-I just di-didn't know w-what I w-wa-" He placed his wingtips on my mouth to silence me as I stared at him, still in a little shock. He chuckled as his face came closer to mine, his darn, stupidly cute smile never leaving his face.

"Dash. You know I don't mind." He pulled me into a soft hug as I squeaked in surprise. "Plus, I know you need this a lot. Your mind is on a bunch of stuff right now. You need this." I couldn't help myself. I dug my face into his chest as he held my closer, stroking my mane with his other wing . He was right. I did need this.

(Of to the side, both Dash and Soarin didn't know that Fleetfoot, Misty, Surprise and Spitfire were behind a door as they heard and saw the entire scene.)

"I think there going to be a great couple." Misty said with enthusiasm. " Don't you, Spitfire?" She turned to face her.

"They defiantly will be Misty. I have a good felling about that......." She whispered as the four continued  to watch.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand..................(holds my breath in until my face is turning blue)
