THE INTERVIEW

Sidharth woke up at his usual time and carried on with his routine. When he came for breakfast Tai informed him that Arjun have already left for office to which he nodded . He knew today they had an important meeting and interview so Arjun have to prepare for both.

"Arjun really overwork himself." Sidharth thought. 

Finishing his breakfast he to head towards his destination. On reaching his office he make his way to his cabin and on his arrival every corner of the building seems quite. Because that's how he likes it. Everybody stand and wish him Morning and goes back to their works .
He had an amazing team. His employees knew that their boss wants best. He always aims to win. Vision towards the goal. They looks up to him as an mentor , a inspiration. 
If you ask what he is for them. Then let's just say. They have their version of definition for him.
SIDHARTH SHUKLA means PUNCTUAL, DISCIPLINARIAN, KNOWLEDGABLE, INTELLIGENT, AN EXCELLENT LEADER WITH HIS EYES ALWAYS ON GOAL. A PERFECTIONIST  BUT RUTHLESS AND BRUTALLY HONEST MAN.

And they admire him for that.

When he arrived in his cabin his piping hot cup of black coffee was placed on his desk with today's schedule. 

He sat on his chair and made a call from landline.

"In my office now".

And within 2 mins there was a knock on the door. 

"Come in"

Arjun came in with a ongoing project file and handed it over to Sidharth. 

" Good Morning Sir, this the file regarding progress of ongoing project and also there is reports of its finance regarding the same."

Sidharth just nodded his head and then they discussed the same. After sometime it was 9.45 . They wind up their work there and moved towards the conference room where interview was to be held.

"Arjun make sure every candidate is present here before 10 and if any of the candidate is late even by a second he or she shall not be allowed in this premises. Inform this in the reception area at the main entrance and to the guards as well."

"Yes Sir"

And then Arjun immediately acted upon his instructions.

When Shehnaaz reached at her destination it was 9.50AM. She paid for the cab. Then she stood there in front of this huge building known as "THE SHUKLA EMPIRE ". Admiring it. She have only read about it in magazines and newspaper but today she is standing here and her future is in this premises. With determination and confidence running through her veins she entered the building. 

And was in love with the Interior immediately. If it was huge from outside then it was tremendous from inside. Everything a top notch perfect. She made her way to the reception area .

A lady in her mid thirties was sitting there .

"Good Morning  Ma,am , I am here for interview for PA "

The lady smiled at her. 

"Your name please"

"Shehnaaz Mehra"

"Yes, let me check . Yeah. Just take left and there you will find elevator just press for 10th floor and then there Ms. Sharma will guide you."

"Thankyou "

Shehnaaz moved towards the lift. She don't know why she felt an unexplainable pull towards her destination. As if someone was waiting for her. A giddy feeling and tickles in her stomach. 

When she reached there she was guided in waiting room by Ms. Sharma. A fake smile plastered on her face and full of makeup. 
For once Shehnaaz thought "Is this lady here for any fashion show ".

In waiting room she saw that every candidate was girl. All them well dressed but some of them with face full of makeup just like Ms. Sharma. And some with tightest of dress she can ever think. She just gave them smile some returned it whereas some just frowned. 

Exactly at 10 the interview started . One after the other was called and was send out within 5 minutes. Shehnaaz thought what was the matter. And then a lady walked out with tears in her eyes. And this confused her. Till now she have only read about choosy and angry behavior of Sidharth may be that can be a reason. 

Inside Conference room

"Arjun , ye candidates hai. Aise  inme se ek ko bhi kuch pata nahi. Upar se koi dressing sense nahi hai . Kya Karne ki koshish kar rahi hai ye. Me bas or interview nahi le raha ."

"Bhai please bas ek aur hai last hai. Please. "

Sidharth huffed and sat again on his chair and then called for last candidate.

"Send her in . Ms. Sharma"

And then in next 5 mins there was a knock on the door.

"Come in " Arjun said.

Sidharth was busy in reading her CV .

"Good Morning  Sir "
A confident and strong voice said.

Sidharth lifted his head with jet speed and his eyes met with her hazel orbs..
