It's hard, being 17 in this ever-changing world.
Sex, lies, drugs; We have to deal with it all.
It's hard being a girl.
Anorexia, Obesity, Prostitution, Prudence; We are never accepted.
It's hard not being African-American, but yet still BLACK.
Dumb, Ignorant, judgemental; I'm Bahamian and I'm still treated stereotypically.
It's hard to be smart.
Underestimation, disbelief, high expectations; There are so many unbelievable challenges.
It's hard to be homeless.
Everyday you have to think about the next place your gonna lay your head.
It's hard having no money.
Meals are scarce.
You learn to treasure school lunch.
Life is hard but never give up.
If your going through what I'm going through, i'm telling you that you will survive.
