I wrote this when I was 14 and in my freshmen year of high school. It was an english project, but turned out to be an insightful experience. We were told to ask friends and family what they thought about us. It's called "As I Am."
She’s intelligent and ambitious...
She’s talkative, selfish, and superficial…
She’s self-conscious and definitely cares
About what people have to say about her…
She lacks listening skills and is incredibly silly…
But most importantly, she’s very loving.
She’s stubborn and opinionated…
She’s greedy and cheap…
She’s high spirited and religious…
She’s fashionable and helpful…
She’s caring and clingy.
She’s pushy and aggressive…
She’s a jealous, mean jerk…
Yet she’s totally outstanding.
She’s smart and pretty…
She’s determined and mellow…
She’s curious and kind.
She’s a rambunctious teen, of medium height…
Who’s intelligent and silly
But gives me a fright.
She’s really good at guessing stuff…
She gives good advice…
She’s not wrong about anything…
She’ll talk to anyone…
She’s not shy…
And she’s really spiritual.
She is colorful…
She is unique…
She’s totally one-of-a-kind.
She’s beautiful and smart…
She’s a good dancer and cool to hang out with…
She’s extremely focused and serious about school…
She has a lot of friends.
She’s cool and outgoing…
She’s strong and doesn’t…
Care what people think…
She’s pretty and fasionable…
She’s loud and crazy…
She has a good sense of humor.
She’s crazy (in a good way)…
She loves to read…
She has good friends (like me)…
She hasn’t changed since 6th grade…
She loves anima and manga.
Her parents are really strict…
But I can tell that they love her…
She has a little sister…
Who always annoys her.
She’s strong, yet sweet…
She’s flirtatious and cute…
She’s loud and fun…
She’s interesting and weird…
I’m anxious…
Always waiting for something to happen…
I’m super curious…
I’m sarcastic and serious.
