Chapter 12

It's already Wednesday.  And today mother nature decided to bless me cramps and blood. I am practically dying at the moment in the middle of school hour. 

" Hey! do you have extra sanitary napkin?" I asked the girl who sits behind me. We are not that close but she is a good acquaintance.

"No I don't. I am sorry" She told me.

"Oh! It's alright! Don't worry" I told her and she nodded before leaving for lunch. 

Kuroo was out for volleyball meeting while Kagami Taiga has been keeping his distance from me. He pretends he is not avoiding me but I can see through it.

I stood up and took my purse from my bag to go and buy pad in the school's pharmacy. I was on my way to pharmacy when I felt someone wrap the blazer around my waist.

I turned back to see Taiga.

"I'll go and get you things you'll need. Wait for me at the washroom" He told me and I nodded.

I was waiting at the bathroom when Tetsu passed by. 

"What are you doing here?" He raised a brow at me.

"Waiting for Taiga" I told him.

"What for?" He narrowed his eyes at me.

"I don't have to tell you everything okay" I snapped at him annoyance. Don't blame me, period cramps makes the sage cranky too.

"Here Y/N" Taiga came with a bag before Tetsu could say anything.

"Thank you" I smiled at him as I took the bag and walked inside.

After I walked outside after doing my business, Tetsu was the only one waiting. 

"Where's Taiga?" I asked him and he shrugged. 

I rolled my eyes and started walking.

"Here wear my Jacket instead" Tetsu said as he saw me wearing Taiga's Jacket.

"Tetsu, I am not in the mood to pick fight so just let me be. A Jacket is a Jacket. " I said almost rudely. I did feel bad but these mood-swings were getting the best of me.

He sighed and nodded before following me back into class.

"Hey! Taiga. Thank you. I'll wash this Jacket and give it you tomorrow" I told him and he nodded.

"Hey! The nurse told me to take these pills just in case you have cramps" Taiga handed me the pills and I was touched.

"Thank you so much. I needed it so bad" I thanked him for nth time.

"It's fine. You don't have to thank me for everything" Taiga smiled and I nodded.

"Do you have water?" I asked him and he shook his head.

"Do you?" I turned to Tetsu.

"Get it from him " He hissed as he pointed at Taiga. I was so close from bursting out but the girl who sits behind me, Nana saved him.

"Here" She handed me the bottle of water and I gave her a 'I am so grateful' face as I took the pill.

I ended up sleeping through rest of the classes. I woke up and It was already end of school. Class was empty except for Kuroo who was playing with his phone.

"Finally! You're up. Let's go home" Tetsu said as he carried his bag and mine.

"Don't you have Volleyball practice?" I asked him.

"No. We're going for practice match in Miyagi on Friday so we have no practice till then" Kuroo said and I nodded before following him out of school.

"See you tomorrow" I waved and walked inside my house before he could say anything. I directly walked inside bathroom to shower.

After an hour of shower, I changed into my pajamas and went inside bed. The painkiller was starting to fade and I couldn't have another one for Atleast three hours later.

I was in my blanket, scrolling through the phone, when Kuroo Knocked on my door and walked inside.

"I brought you sandwiches, cookies and brownie" Kuroo showed me the bag.  

I smiled and gestured him to come closer.

"I even got the Boba" He said as he put the food on the bed table I have since I broke my leg.

"You're the best" I muttered giving him a thumbs up as I took a sip of my Boba.

"I know" He winked and I rolled my eyes at his cockiness. 

  

"Just go back home and stop disturbing me" I complained as he lay beside me.

"No one can do. We're cuddling " He announced scooting closer.

"I don't want. go away" I pushed him but he came closer instead.

"As I said, no one can do. So stop resisting and let's cuddle. I don't want to hear you cry after I leave for Miyagi this weekend" He wrapped his hand around me as he pulled me into his chest. I could hear his heartbeat.

I loosened as I scooted closer and closed my eyes.

"I am sorry for snapping at you earlier" I uttered feeling bad. 

"It's okay. I understand period cramps can get you cranky. If I were in your shoes, I would've snapped as well" He said as he took my hand, giving it a light kiss.

I smiled still with eyes closed as he played with my fingers.

I was almost into dreamland until I felt the sharp pain throbbing my uterus, making me jump in pain.

"Are you okay? what happened?" Tetsu asked after he saw me jump in pain.

"Period cramps" I could barely utter any word.

"You were perfectly fine a minute ago though" he pointed.

"That's period cramps for you" I managed to utter through pain.

 
"Please get me painkiller for kitchen" I requested him as I clutch my stomach. He jumped out off my bed and probably walked to kitchen to get me the medication.

He came back with medicine and cup of water.

I ate the medicine and waited for it to start working. Tetsu put the cup on the nightstand and lay beside me.

I felt his hand land on my stomach.

"Tetsurou you pervert! what are you doing?" I shrieked as I slapped away his hand.

"Y/N; you dirty minded woman; chill . I googled and it said massaging you belly in circular motion will help to ease pain" He explained and I grew red.

"Can I now?" He asked and I nodded.

He put his hand on my stomach, my pajama t-shirt being the barrier; as he rubbed my belly in circular motion. At first two minutes I didn't find it that effective but as he continued my eyes started closing and pain started fading. He continued massaging my stomach as I fell asleep.
