Best Friends (A Matthew Espinosa Fanfiction)

Chapter One

Daelian's POV

"Mom!!! Matt's coming over today after school." I told my mom while getting ready for school. It was a Friday, thank God. I put on my light grey hoodie and some black leggings. I straightened my light brown hair and put on my favorite black beanie, then slipped on my light grey vans and went downstairs to eat breakfast.

I quickly grabbed a bagel and hugged my mom goodbye and ran to meet Matt at the bus stop. I got there the exact same time as Matt and the bus. We both got onto the bus and we were the first ones there, so we sat in the back.

(Skip bus ride)

We got off the bus at school and me and Matt went to art class after grabbing everything we needed. Art was pretty fun... Math and stuff was boring, until finally it was time for lunch. Me and Matt sat on a bench and ate our lunch. "Daelian, you know how prom is coming up in two weeks?" Matt asked. "Of course! I'm really excited." Matt began to look kinda nervous.."Well.. erm.. I was wondering if you wanted to go with me?" He said nervously. "Sure, I would love to." I said smiling. The rest of the day was okay, me and Matt grabbed our long boards from our , lockers since we always leave them there. We long boarded to my house, when we got there my mom wasn't home. I guess she went to go pick up my dad from work. "You hungry?" I asked him. "Yeah, kinda.." Matt said sitting on a bar stool on the island. I made us bacon, because who doesn't love bacon? Then we just hung out and watched movies.
