Christmas Special (2/2)

I'm making this short because I forgot about it and now its Christmas day.

It was Christmas day. The Namikaze family woke up early to get the house ready for their guests and prepare the food. It was a busy day for the family, well, for Minato and Kurama. Naruto was laying in his crib and cried from time to time for food, diaper change, and to be carried.

Later, Minato or Kurama would have him in a frontal papoose to keep their hands free. It was a busy day. After making sure the guest bedroom was clean and ready for Jiraiya and the rest of the house clean for the Sandaime family. They also prepped the other room for Kakashi. Minato also prepared traditional Japanese food for everyone, while Kurama ran from home to store when Minato needed something for the food.

Kurama also organized the presents to make room for the presents from Jiraiya and the Sandaime family. He also carried Naruto around the most as well has helped prep the food for Minato.

It was certainly a busy morning for the Namikaze family.

Timeskip

Jiraiya came first. He greeted Minato first, had a rough handshake with Kurama, and made baby noises with Naruto. Despite how busy he seemed, Jiraiya always made time to make it special events like birthdays or holidays.

He opened a storage scroll and popped out all the presents, it was around 7 or 8 presents, 3 for Minato's family and around 4 or 5 for Hiruzen's family, since they had more people. Otherwise, it one present per person.

Next was Kakashi. He brought dozens of presents for all the people coming to the Family gathering. It was a moment where he didn't have to think about Obito and Rin. He greeted everyone and took Naruto off of Kurama's and Minato's hands so they could concentrate on better things. As well as to hold Naruto for the longest time.

After a few minutes, Hiruzen's family showed up. There a Biwako, his first son, and Asuma. They brought their own presents for every person in the room.

Despite it being one present per person, Naruto ended up with the most presents. It was a day of true happiness.

After placing the presents at the tree, they ate the food prepared by Minato. There was also talk about Naruto would be when he grew up, with a lot of bets saying he would become Hokage or become the next strongest demon after Kurama. Minato and Kurama bet that Naruto would be both.

After eating, they cleaned up and went to open presents. Minato and Kurama took turns opening Naruto's presents. Asuma was begging Kakashi to let him hold Naruto. The first son was talking with Jiraiya about how to become better at stealth. Minato and Hiruzen talked about politics and how to better Konoha. Kurama talked to Biwako about being married to a Hokage and how.....busy it is.

When opening presents, the young teenagers went first and from there was Jiraiya and then the couples. Minato and Kurama basically opened up presents twice. Kakashi and Asuma went at the same time. They had received similar but different things. For example, they received elemental jutsu scrolls but Asuma had wind and Kakashi had lightning, or when Kakashi got a tambato and Asuma got hand knives.

Jiraiya received writing materials such as a portable desk, ink, brushes, and pens. He also received a dictionary, and, as a joke, his rival's book (porn). It was the laugh if the century as Jiraiya was about to burn it but wanted to read it.

Minato and Kurama received couples clothing, new kunai and shuriken, as wells as books on sealing (more for Minato than Kurama). Despite how much Kurama hated fuinjutsu, he "allowed" it because Minato loved to learn more about fuinjutsu. Kurama received jewelry, hair accessories, different colored Yukata other than red. He also received ninja clothing and civilian clothing in different colors other than red and black.

Kurama could be said to be unsatisfied with his presents but he also knows that he should stop wearing too much red.

That night, Hiruzen's family left the Namikaze household. Kakashi and Jiraiya helped Kurama throw away the wrapping paper and clean the living room. Minato took Naruto to their room and put him in his crib. After 30 minutes, Kurama joins him in watching their child slowly fall asleep in his rocking crib.

Kakashi and Jiraiya did not want to distract them or wake Naruto, so they separated into their designated rooms. Kakashi's was more personalized as he came over more often to look after Naruto when Kurama or Minato couldn't.

It was and hour later, we would find Minato and Kurama in their bed ready to fall asleep. They still faced Naruto, keeping their backs to the window. Kurama spooning Minato in his original form (a fox). His tails twining around Minato's. It was this night where Minato didn't have to worry too much about keeping his appearance.

Once they revealed their extra appendages, Naruto's own ears and tails appeared in a poof. Showing it yellow fur that he got from his "mother" but the orange tips to show his relation to his father.

It was a peaceful night.
