I woke up, hitting my head on something hard.

"Great...new addition to my morning routine." I sighed.

"L/n-Kun!" I heard.

"Yeah?" I asked.

I didn't bother to put on a shirt, I'm supposed to relax today...since it's my day off, especially after coming back from that grueling mission.

~flashback time! :D~

The demon was small and fast, it's movements kept throwing me off.

I ran and jumped up into the trees, the demon had ripped through my clothes, and a small cut made itself known on the side of my body.

I winced silently, and landed on a branch, unsheathing my Cosmos Sword.

"Alright you little shit, come at me!" I exclaimed.

Suddenly, a barrage of tiny demons had jumped at me, and I sliced two in half while dodging the rest of them.

Both my wrists started bleeding.

"Motherfu-!" I exclaimed as I ran into a tree.

"-cker..." I mumbled.

I kick-flipped upwards and landed on my feet, and I sliced a demon coming at me, my breathing slowed, causing my blood to stop leaking and I closed my eyes, I guess I gotta do this move in order to eradicate the monsters...

"Cosmos Dragon Breathing First Form: Starlight Obliteration!" I exclaimed.

(Starlight Obliteration is a move that requires focus and concentration, it takes a large amount of energy to perform, and it is a one shot move, taking away most oxygen in the users body, rendering them impaired to move, and uses a high amount of stamina as well, and yes, I did just make that up JUST NOW)

Bursts of fire and purple beams had erupted from both of my swords and I painted heavily as all of the tiny demons fell to the ground, dissolving into ash.

"Little fuckers." I panted.

Back at my estate, Itsume had jumped at the opportunity to treat my injuries, despite me not really having that many.

"Are their any bruises on your torso?" She asked.

"If this is just to feel my abs, I swear to Oyakata." I sighed.

"It's not I promise! I am simply trying to look out for your well-being, it's an honor to be blessed with your shirtless appearance every time you come back from a mission, I care a lot about your health Y/n." Itsume said, taking the rest of my ripped shirt off.

My stern look softened at that.

"Oh. My apologies for assuming that." I said.

"B-but...can I get a head pat when I finish?" Itsume asked.

An amused smirk crossed my face.

"That's if you do a good job." I said.

"A-alright! I will do my best!" Itsume said with determination laced in her voice.

I silently chuckled as I watched her do her magic. Once she finished, I stood up and crouched down to her level, placing my hand on her head and got close to her ear.

"Thank you, miss."

Itsume blushed and covered her face.

"Y-you're w-welcome!!" She exclaimed.

I walked outside seeing Shinobu.

"Oh, morning Shinobu, what brings you here?" I asked.

"I would like for you to assist in rehabilitation training for the three newer ones." She said, her eyes trailing down for a moment.

"Sure thing." I said, stepping down.

"Are you not going to put on a shirt?" She asked, a bit of red on her cheeks.

"No, I don't feel like it." I sighed.

"I had brought Genya here already, so she can still get her training in with you." Shinobu said as we walked to the Butterfly Estate.

"Makes sense why she didn't come bolting down the stairs when I made mochi." I said.

"You were making mochi for breakfast?" Shinobu asked.

"Yeah. I can't stop my sweet tooth." I said.

The more we talked, the more I could realize how much I was talking.

The distant and cold Y/n the Hashira's knew...was no more.

Is it the effect of releasing Bokuto? Is he trying to get me to get close to others so my curse can kill them?!

I then stopped talking, no matter how much Shinobu tried to get something out of me, my stare had hardened but it melted instantly when I walked in the training room, seeing Tanako hard at work.

"Ino and Zenitsa?" I asked.

"They're coming. I notified them that you'd be joining us, and Zenitsa was the first to jump at the opportunity to train with you." Shinobu said, a certain bit of hardness in her tone, like she was biting back her tongue.

"I see." I said.

"Tanako!" I called.

She stumbled backwards and looked at me, the distraction getting her caught by Kanao.

I shook my head and sighed.

"We've got a lot of work to do..." I said, walking up to her.

Her and Kanao blushed as they looked at me.

"WHERE IS YOUR SHIRT L/N-SAAAAN?!"
