Chapter 12

November 29 , 2019 .
Nae POV

Me and Riah was just staring at Saint sleep . This nigga sleep just like a baby .
Been sleep for a long time .

" You want to wake daddy up with food ?" I asked Riah .

She just started smiling so I took that as a yes .

" Let me go get your high chair ." I said .

I walked back in the room and got Riah high chair .

I put her in it and gave her some cheetos .

I looked at the time and it was 5:30pm . So therefore I'm not cooking breakfast I'm gone cook him a meal .

Pooh birthday was today but she had to go out of town to help her cousin . So while she gone I was gone get her shop done for her .

So I was gone cook wings with some bacon ranch fries . My refrigerator is filled with wings so yeah .

I started cooking and then out of nowhere I hear Riah bust out laughing . I looked and I just had to take a picture .

" Girl you play to much ." I said while laughing at Riah .

30 minutes later I was done . It took that long because I decided to cook me some too .

I didn't feel like washing the dishes so I just put it on a paper plate .

This is how it looked :

I grabbed Riah out her high chair and headed toward the living room . I was about to wake him up but I didn't see him on the couch .

See I knew I should have never called this nigga Casper . Disappearing and stuff .

But before I could do something else he came from downstairs .

" You got a extra toothbrush ?" He asked in his normal voice .

" Yea bruh ." I said

But I couldn't take myself serious so I bust out laughing .

" Naw I'm just playing but follow me ." I said while walking upstairs .

We walked in my room going to my bathroom . I handed Riah to Saint because I was not about to bend down with her in my arms .

After I bent down to get the toothbrush I handed it to him . I tried to take Riah back but he wouldn't let me .

" I got her ." He said while brushing his teeth .

" Oh well when you get done come to the kitchen." I said while walking out .

I walked back downstairs and went in the kitchen . I got us some cups out and poured us some fruit punch Brisk .

While I was waiting I got a FaceTime call from Cameron .

" Wassup folk ." I said while propping up the phone .

He started mugging me hard .

" My fault bruh hey Cameron ." I said while laughing .

" Anyways we wanted to know when you gone come chill with us again ?" Cameron ask while putting Liyah in the camera too .

" Ion know I will have to see ." I said .

Saint came in and walked pass the camera .

" Who that ?" Both Liyah and Cameron said at the same time .

" My baby daddy and my baby but look I'm gone text y'all when I'm not busy. " I said keeping it simple .

" Ight ." They said .

I walked over towards the plates and gave him his .

" You cooked ?" he asked me .

" Naw Riah cooked ." I said looking at him stupid .

We said our prayer and now was eating .

We was just eating with no talking because if I'm eating something good you not going to hear me talking.

I finally looked up from my food and seen him feeding Riah a frie .

" She don't need that ." I said .

" She wanted it so I gave it to her ." he said .

" Yeah I see now when she with you she gone get whatever she want ." I said shaking my head .

We got through eating and now was watching tv in the livingroom . 

Riah was sleep on my chest .

" You good Saint ?" I ask .

Because the stuff he told me last night was deep .

" Kemauri ." he said .

" Well Kemauri you good ?" I asked .

" I feel better because I haven't slept that good in 3 years . " he said .

" That's a good start ." I said .

" Yep and thank you for listening ." he said .

" No problem but have you and your mom ever talk about it ?" I ask .

" Not really ." he said .

I just shook my head understanding .

I was watching TV and started dosing off .

When I woke back up I seen Saint laying down on my stomach .

I picked up my phone and seen Tre had text me .

He was making sure me and Riah was straight . That's what I love about Tre .

I text him back saying me and Riah is good .

As soon as I text him back he Facetimed me .

" Hey bestfriend where Riah ?" Tre asked me .

I moved the camera down so he can see Riah .

" Hold the fuck up who laying down on your stomach ?" He ask putting his whole face in the camera .

I put the camera on Saint face and he screamed " I know you fucking lying ." He said waking up Saint .

Saint took my phone and hung up on Tre . He shut my phone down completely and went right back to sleep .

5 minutes later from watching TV I went to sleep too .
