Chapter 7

Quinn's POV

As I'm cooking in the kitchen these two little grey puppies walk in sniffing the air and right behind them are my three favorite girls "Apollo & Zeus lead us to food " Camila says as her and Lolo go serve themselves some food and I just Laughed

"and what lead you rach ?" I ask Rachel since she hasn't said anything "the smell , I knew you were cooking " she says walking over to me and wrapping her arms around me

"Damn Quinn this is amazing " Camila says as she puts more food in her mouth , I laugh and lean against rachel I love these moments when I'm with my family it makes me feel complete I smile as I see them eat and laugh

Few hours later
Lauren's POV

" Hey babe , can I show you something ?" I say as I walk into the living room "sure babe " camila says standing up from her spot on the couch

"what do you wanna show me?" she asked wrapping her arms around my neck "well it's a place I used to go to when I was a kid " I say wrapping my arms around her wasit and bringing her closer to me

"let's go " she says I smile and take her hand in mine and lead her to the woods behind our old pool "baby where is this place?" camz says looking around "don't worry it's just around this corner " I tell her as we come face to face with my old tree house

"wow" is all camz can say I smile as I looked up at my tree house "did you make this ?" camz asked

"My Dad and I did " I say smiling at the memory of my dad "can we go up ?" she says I just smile and pull her to the stairs that lead up to the tree

Camila's POV

When we got up to the tree house , I started to look around and I can picture Lauren's childhood " this is beautiful babe" I say walking to this little desk by the window

"My dad made this for me , I remember him saying that this will be my safe haven where there's no monsters" Lauren says her voice cracking just a bit I turn around and see the pain in her eyes

"oh Laur " I say walking back to her and wrapping my arms around her neck tears start streaming down her face as I wipe them away

"being back here brings back so many memories " she says "I miss them so much baby I miss the way my mom would sing to me and how my dad would take me on car rides " she continues telling me about her parents as I listened to her I started to see a different side of her

"baby I'm so sorry , but you know what they are smiling down on you and Quinn , they are watching you grow into this amazing woman who I love " I say "what did you just say ?" she says I smile knowing she caught what I said

"I love you Lauren Michele Jauregui , they're not gone baby they live in here " I say pointing to her heart "you love me" she asked shocked I smile "yes Lauren I love you " I say again she smiles and picks me up "say it again "

"I love you " she smiles and spins me around "I love you Camila so much " she says putting me down and kissing me taking my breath away

"LAUREN! CAMILA! COME DOWN GRANDMA IS DONE WITH DINNER " we hear Quinn yell "how long have we been up here? " I say "holy shit three hours " we laugh and jump off the tree and start running back to the house

"Hi Abuela " Lauren says kissing her grandma's cheek and giving her a hug "Hi hermosa , Hi Camila" she says "hola abuela J" I say She smiles and hugs me "dinner is served " she says as we walk into the dinning room and sit down

Once Dinner was over , Quinn and Rachel went to drop off Grandma J and Lauren and I are cuddled up watching The Nightmare Before Christmas up in her room

"I love Jack and Sally "I say my eyes not leaving the screen "hey Camz will you be my Sally? " Lauren says I smile lifting my head from her chest "will you be my Jack? " I ask her "yes " She says "and I'll be your Sally " I say and She kisses me

"we're simply meant to be "
