"Hey Ms. Ackles I am Dr. Key I will be discussing your medications with you and when you can go home and I will be referring you to doctors. Who is this handsome young man that will be in the room when I discuss this? And who is this cutie pie." She said walking over to the bed we were sitting on."

"This is my boyfriend Charlie and this is our daughter Emmie."

"Oh we don't have any record of you giving birth."

"Oh um would you excuse me for a second my dad is texting me about something important."

My dad wasn't actually texting me but I needed to talk to him about something really important.

✨𝔹𝕣𝕪𝕟𝕟: Dad the doctor said she doesn't have any record of me giving birth and obviously that is true because we adopted her but I want the public to think that I gave birth to her. Is there anything that you can do to make a record saying I gave birth to her?

ⒹⒶⒹ: Bree I have a contact that can say you gave birth to her and can make hospital bracelets and everything that would be needed to prove that you gave birth to her. It would be in your best interest to get a paternity test to see who her birth mother is and then you can talk to her about things.

ⒹⒶⒹ:Okay sounds good Bree. Let me go. I have to go back to filming and don't forget I have Charlie's number and he is telling me what medications you have to take and when.

"Sorry my dad needed to talk to me about a family matter regarding my mothers side of the family."

"Oh Mr. Ackles it is quite alright. We all have our fair share of family 'emergencies'."

"Okay so what medicines will she be needing to take?"

"She will need to take ᴇꜱᴄɪᴛᴀʟᴏᴘʀᴀᴍ as her antidepressant and ᴄʜʟᴏʀᴅɪᴀᴢᴇᴘᴏxɪᴅᴇ as her anxiety medication, she needs to take the antidepressant after she has eaten in the morning, as for the anxiety medication she must wait thirty minutes after she has taken the antidepressant to then take the anxiety pills."

"You got that all down Charlie?" I asked him.

"Yep and I got it on video and sent it to your dad."

"Goodie" I said sarcastically.

"You are free to leave tomorrow unless you and your family feel comfortable to sign your out tonight."

I looked over at Charlie and he gave me the look of 'you are not leaving tonight'.

"Uhm I think I will stay tonight and be discharged tomorrow."

Charlie shook his head in agreement.

"Okay well if you don't have any questions and you have settled when you are leaving I guess I best be on my way to the other patients."

"Okay thank you so much Dr. Key."

The doctor walked out to the door and went to get the other patients chart.
