Chapter 011

Adrien's POV

Felix is really annoyingly bothersome.

Why does he need to act like that? Doesn't he know that it's making Marinette uncomfortable?

For Pete's sake. Can he just stop!

Frick!

Marinette's POV

"May I sit beside you Marinette?."

I looked up and saw Felix, standing and smiling at me while holding his ice cream. I was busy munching my ice cream, so I simply nod at him, so that he can take a sit next beside me.

We keep silent for a couple of minutes, when suddenly Felix wiped the side of my lips. I was in shock that, I can't even move!. I froze in my position.

"Oh!, There's ice cream in the corner of your mouth." He said and smiled at me.

I nodded, "Th-there is?, th-thanks." then I smiled awkwardly at him. I finished my ice cream and I unintentionally looked at Adrien's direction, I saw him eyeing me closely and next he gaze to Felix, whom sitting next to me.

After a minute, he suddenly stood up and walk away. My gaze was following him until he reached the car and went inside.

I  don't know why. But some what, I feel disappointed, when Adrien suddenly walked away. I'm already done eating ice cream. I gaze down to see what time is it.

5:35 PM.

I should get home before evening because no one is at home and I have some designing to finish on time.

I glance back at Felix, who is almost done eating his ice cream. He suddenly glance back at me and gave me a smile. I felt uneasy so I avoided his gaze.

"I... I think, I probably need to go home now." I said awkwardly, not even looking at him.

"Oh!, right." He said, probably remembered something. "Let me, drive you home then, shall we?." I just simply nodded at him, no courage to talk to him any more. I just tailed him until we reached the car. When I got inside the car, I was in shock for not seeing Adrien inside.

"Where's Adrien?" I asked Felix.

"I don't know," He shrugged "He maybe went home, probably got bored waiting for us, so he went home first."

I simply gave him a nod, not even giving him a single glance. All I just did was to look out in the window while the car is moving.

I hope Chat visits me tonight. I miss him.

I admit, I felt disappointed of Adrien's sudden disappearance. He didn't even said a simple 'good bye' to me, when he went home.

Sigh..

"Marinette, we're already here."

My thinking was cutted off, when Felix tapped me in my shoulders and the car stopped in from of our closed bakery. Felix got out of the car and held my hand so that I can safely get out.

"Are you ok?" He asked, worried.

"Yeah, I just feel exhausted."

"Ok, take a good rest mademoiselle," He said "Good bye." and waved before the car went off.
