Chapter 05

Mari's POV

-Next Day-

I woke up early and do my morning routine after that I went down stairs to eat my breakfast. After a few minutes I'm already done eating and brush my teeth and bid good bye to my parents.

"Bye Mom," and kissed Mom's cheeks. "Bye Dad." I also kissed my Dad's cheeks.

"Bye bye sweetie," Dad said. "Goodbye honey..." Mom also said.

♡At school♡

I was about to enter the school, but someone bumped me. "AAHHH!" I was about to fall but someone catch me. "Felix?" I asked.

🧑"And how did you know my name?" He ask and help me get on my feet.

"She is ladybugs friend she knows every villain, right Marinette." Adrien interrupts and smiled at me.

"🧑But I'm not a villain." Felix object about it.

"Well you pretended as Adrien and tried to kiss Ladybug." I told him remembering what happened before.

"Yea! And 3 of my friends got akumatized because of you." Adrien agreed of what I said.

🧑"Yea yea whatever." Felix said and rolled his eyes. Then we all went to class.

~Classroom~

"So Felix welcome to the class!, sit beside Mari and Alya go and sit beside Max." Ms. Bustier said.

Alya stood up and went to sit beside Max and Felix went beside me to sit.

"Hi!, Beautiful." 😉 Felix greeted me with a wink. I just ignore him and roll my eyes.

"Ok class. Let's start are lesson." Ms. Bustier said and started to discuss the lesson.

[Time Skip~]

"Ok. Did you all understand the lesson?," Ms. Bustier asked.

"Yes, Ms. Bustier" We all answered in unison.

"You can all take your lunch now." Ms. Bustier said and we all exited the classroom.

🍴Lunch Break 🍴

I was walking home. When suddenly someone called my name. I turned to look it is and saw Felix?.

"Felix?," I said "What are you doing?." I asked him, so confused.

"I just wanted to ask you-- that-- if we can have lunch... Together." He said while stuttering.

"Ooh," My mouth formed an "o" of what he just said. "Sorry Felix, I can't 'cause I need to help my parents in the bakery. I'm really sorry." I said and continued walking to go home.

[Time Skip~]

>Class Time<

After lunch, I went back to class immediately. So I won't be late. I was now sitting in my seat, When suddenly Adrien and Felix arrive in the class and sat down on their seats. Then Ms. Bustier entered the class.

"Good afternoon class!," She greeted us and we also greeted back ger in unison. " Ok. Let's start are lesson this afternoon."

[After Discussion~]

"Ok class. Did you all understand the lesson?," Ms. Bustier asked asked and we all said Yes. "Ok. Your assignment is in page 46-50 and it's by pair, so I'll group you into two," We all nodded and Ms. Bustier started calling out the names.

"Ok. Chloe and Sabrina, Kim and Max, Juleka and Rose, Nathaniel and Alix, Alya and Nino, Ivan and Mylene, Adrien, Marinette and Felix, You three will be a group since Felix don't have a pair.

"What?," I blurt out and the whole class turned to look at me.

"Is there a problem Marinette?" Ms. Bustier asked me. "Nothing Miss, Sorry" I apologize and take my seat. "Ok then. Your submission is next week. Understand?" Miss said and we all answered in unison. "You can all go home now."

When I was going home, my mind was flying. I almost pass our house. Thankfully Dad saw me walking in the wrong direction.

After I ate dinner and do my night routine, my mind was still flying. I was just thinking, why would be Felix be in our group. I'm not saying that I don't like him but it's just awkward.

Besides I'm not stuttering when Adrian's around. I don't even know what happened maybe because I now like someone else.

Well, I think let's just go with the flow.
