Since I live i denial i chose to believe this is what happened.
So basically all the Killing Games are just a simulation called the Killing Game Simulator (KGS) where when you die you just wake up and have to watch the rest of the game.
Junko kidnapped everyone to be in the KGS
There are lasting scars when you die
