chapter 5

ANNA POV
- i shut the door and i still couldn't get over the fact that she had a bf and i was kinda mad that it seemed like her old feelings were there for a second and we were so close to kissing then a few minutes after she goes and mentions her bf again. something was seriously wrong with her memories i have to talk to her abt it eventually
- i headed downstairs and laid down on the couch scrolling through tik tok for the past 20 mins until i heard the front door open and all of my friends returned. i welcomed everyone back and gave them the dons. the last ones in the house were eva and katie and they ran towards me and hugged me super excited to tell me how their pictures came out
- "omggg anna check out how amazing of a job lance did with these pictures!" katie said
- "wooww those are great! lance never fails to take beautiful pictures" i said all excited
- "righhttt i'm gonna need you're help later to pick out which ones to post though" eva smiled
- "ofc ofc! oh and quiet down just a little bit... there's a girl sleeping upstairs" i said with a tight lipped smile
- "whaaatt" they both said looking at each other and back at me with wide eyes
- "woah woah before assumptions are made she's a... a.. um a 'friend' i met today? in a sense but well i didn't rlly just meet her today and she's not rlly my friend well i guess she is but she's more of my e-" i stopped as i looked up to see both of their confused faces
- "it's complicated. long story short it's my ex girlfriend but somethings up with her memory so to her i'm someone she just met today" i said nervously scratching the back of my neck
- "what. the actual. fawk." katie said in shock
- "um well that's definitely complicated " eva laughed nervously
- "yeaahhh" i responded
- "well then what's your plan?" eva asked
- "hmm well first off i gotta find out why she's even like this in the first place and if push comes to shove and this isn't all just a joke then ima try and jog her memory" i explained
- "ahh okay sounds like a pretty good plan" eva said
- "yeah don't screw things up dumbass" katie snickered
- i rolled my eyes shaking my head. eva nudges katie
- "we're here if u ever need any help anna" eva said putting her hand on my shoulder
- "thanks EVA!" i emphasized as i stuck my tongue out at katie. she laughed at my remarks. then a guy cuts into a convo
- "hey eva can i ask for a big favor?" he asks
- ugh it's michael.

EVA POV
- "sure, what do u need?" i responded as i turn to see what he wants and in the corner of my eye i see anna leave. she doesn't like him very much. they've been having this rivalry for forever if i recall right they knew each other back in their hometown, michigan which he moved from there to LA almost a year ago now.
- "um can i borrow your car pretty please?" he begged
- "what for?" i asked
- "i'm taking out my gf in a bit and i got no gas" he said with the biggest smile on his face
- "wait YOU have a gf?!" katie asked while laughing
- "yes katie i do she just arrived today from michigan we've been together for almost 3 years now" he responded
- "aww that's cute! sure my keys are in my bag i think it's on the couch somewhere" i said pointing in the direction of the couch
- "thank you so much you are a lifesaver!" he eagerly said as he ran to the couch
- once he left anna came back
- "finally" she said relieved
- "i still don't fully understand why u guys hate each other" i laughed
- "let's just say he was always jealous of me back in michigan" she said
- "ahh did u steal his girl or somethin?" i asked
- "something like that" she smirked
- "i mean can he blame you, you're like a walking thirst trap" katie teased anna
- "i hate you" anna responded
- "i love you too baby"
- "ewww never call me that" anna gagged as me and katie laughed
- "oh shit i gotta wake up y/n" anna frantically said
- "who?" me and katie asked in unison
- "oh right um.. my ex"
- "ahh okay well go on then" i pushed her to leave and she ran up the stairs
- when she did michael ran up to me
- "eva you're keys aren't in your bag and i gotta pick up y/n in like 10 mins" he said all worried
- what the fuck! my eyes opened so wide real quick and i turned to katie to see her jaw to the floor
- "y/n?" katie stuttered
- "yes my gf keep up katie please i'm in a hurry... eva do you know of any other place you could've put it" he said in a hurry
- i snapped out of my literal shock and was speechless i didn't know what the fuck was happening and right on time anna comes down the stairs
- "she'll be down in a minute" anna said
- "an-a-anna. y/n. y/n. um uh. micha-michael? you a-and her. her her and hi-him?" i was rambling on i couldn't form sentences
- "huh??" anna and michael said in confusion. i looked to katie once more for help and she was still in shock
- "Y/N!!" i screamed. the whole house got quiet and everyone looked at me
- "um yes?" a girl at the top of the stairs responded. everyone turned their eyes to her. uh oh

look at me taking years to write updates 😎🤝 sorry guys i have some great ideas but the whole process of actually writing it is more work than i thought 💀 to make matters worse my perfectionist self needs every part of the story to be well... perfect lmao but soon enough i'll find my rhythm ;)
