Chapter 4 Ready

When Lincoln and I were about to open the door I let go of his hand not wanting anyone to know. It might complicate things in battle and I won't have anyone getting hurt under my watch. I made my over to the tree line where the packs were waiting for me. 

Almost everyone was in wolf form and I knew that all their eyes were on me to give the command to move out. 

"Lets go!" I shouted making sure that everyone could hear me.

I was hoping that Liam and Ian were okay. They had wondered away from home quite often, but never this far. We were ten minutes or so from the Coastal Borders and the closer we got the more I worried about them being over there for has long as they had. They were only 12 and they were my responsibility ever since our parents died. 

"Meric the scouts have sent word that the cost is clear and that there doesn't seems to be any type of group forming." Luke said walking over to me.

"Make sure that everyone is ready I need 10 of my best fighters to come with me and try to see more of whats going on." Luke nodded and left doing what I said. 

A few minutes later we had all 10 of us ready to rule out. I made sure that everyone was in wolf form that was going with me. It might protect them longer and help them to defend themselves if something were to happen. 

I looked over to where Lincoln was last standing, but he wasn't there. In a haste I checked all around me only to see that he was in a conversation with Luke. Luke nodded and Lincoln started to make his way over to where the fighters were waiting for me. I made my way over there as well.

When I got over there all my questions were answered with the one statement, "I'm going with you."

Hey guys I know that I have not updated in a while. I plan to update soon though and I will update at least once a week! I know that this chapter is short and boring, but I had practice today and I am so tired. Until tomorrow!
