Shizuo's POV
So, now I have to worry about Shinra? Well, he does have Celty, so all I have to worry about is Izaya making a move.
Which he hopefully won't do. Yet still...
I held back a little bit of anger amd jelousy as the goofy doctor walked in.
"How's Izaya-san doing?" He asked.
"He's fine.." Kururi replied quietly. She was staring at Izaya, seemingly deep in thought.
"Well, keep an eye on him. His health has always been fragile," Shinra explained. I chuckled, thinking about how ironic Mr. God-complex with major health issues.
I saw Izaya shuffling around a little in his sleep. Tears were in his eyes.
" Another nightmare. .." Mairu chuckled.
I looked confused, and I guess only Kururi noticed, or she's the only one who cared to explain.
" Izaya used to have nightmares. He'd wake us up screaming, though we pretended not to notice. He had a lot of problems back then, we didn't want to worry him farther..."
I looked at Izaya again, holding his hand, what happened to turn them from so loving, to how they are now?
I ran my hand through his soft, but tangled hair, knowing that used to soothe him when he had nightmares when we lived together.
I'm learning so much, yet still have so many questions...
I smiled slightly at my sleeping lover, One day, Izaya, I thought, I'll have you all figured out. Just watch me...
