✔︎ This book WILL talk about anxiety, panic attacks, and ptsd. i was diagnosed with anxiety a few months ago, lol turns out that all the times i couldn't calm my breathing, and was crying uncontrollably, we're panic attacks. please remember that everyone gets them differently and i am doing my best to make it as accurate as possible' which means i'll be basing them off of my personal panic attacks lol.
