Braddison- It happened to us

Chapter 7

Addison POV:

A: What did you say, Nessa

N: I think I'm pregnant

A: What happened?

N: Well, I have been stressed, so I thought that might have been the reason. But, this morning before you got here, I felt sick. I told Josh not to worry, and it was just maybe something I ate. But, now I am putting the pieces together, and I'm just scared Adds

A: Okay, listen to me. Tomorrow we are starting workouts, so before or after, we will take a test. I don't want to leave now. I just got home, and I don't want Bryce to start asking questions

N: Okay, but what if I am

A: Then, you and Josh will figure it out, Nessa. I don't want you to stress yourself out.

All of a sudden, I heard Bryce calling me from the living room. I totally forgot I was supposed to be getting wine and snacks so that we could watch a movie on the couch. 

N: It's fine to talk to you later

I hung up the phone and made my way into the living room with the snacks and the drinks. When I sat down, I noticed Bryce was staring at me like he wanted to say something but didn't exactly know what he wanted to say. But, then the blank stares turned into a smile, and he pulled me into him. I grabbed the blanket on the coffee table and put it over us while Bryce turned it on. "She's all that."

A: Hey, no notebook tonight?

B: I thought we could watch this, and maybe the notebook tomorrow night.

It was cute that Bryce was excited to watch my favorite movies with me. Although Bryce hadn't known it yet, I was making a promise to myself. And that promise would be that no matter how our days ended, we would always make time for one another at night. At the end of the day, I could never see myself with anyone but Bryce. I have only really talked to a couple of other people, but I constantly compared them to Bryce.

All of a sudden, Bryce was waving his hand in front of me. I should have figured I would have to get lost in thought. I looked at him to see that he look worried. Which is definitely the last thing I wanted him to do. We had just had this amazing night, and I didn't want him to think I was regretting something or about to back out.

B: Look, Addi, if you are tired, we can go to sleep. It's fine.

A: Bubs, I'm not tired

B: Are you sure

A: Yes, I was just thinking

B: Well, I wanted to tell you. I know you are starting at the gym tomorrow, but I don't want you to overwork yourself the first day.

A: Bubs, I can do it

B: I know you can, Angel, but your body is different now. Which there is nothing wrong with. All that means is you may have to work up to the way you were working out before.

A: I promise I will be careful. But, total badass. You got the twins tomorrow, right? Or do you need to go somewhere? 

B: Nope, no plans this week for me. And if I have a meeting, it will be taken at sway. So that rafy can keep an eye on the twins, and I can get to the need be. 

A: And why is that?

B: Look, Angel, I know this is your first week going back to workouts and starting to table read with the cast. I don't want you to have to worry about what's going on at home. Just focus and have fun because you are finally getting everything you wanted. And I couldn't be prouder to not only enjoy the moment but experience it with you.
