"omg! i'm so sorry!!" i scramble to help him up. i ran over to turn on the lights and ran right back to louis who was rubbing the back of his head while trying to get back up on his feet.

"i'm so sorry, i wouldn't have hit you if i had known it were someone else," i blurt out.

"it's totally fine. not your fault," he responds.

"no. it was totally my fault. here let me help you to the chair," i say as we walk over to the chair. he takes a seat and the chair collapses underneath him. shoot. must've been an actual prop chair.

"this is so embarrassing, i just keep getting you hurt. i really am sorry," i say quickly.

"maybe, i should just help myself to one of the seats down there," he says as he points to one of the audience seats. i follow him down and we take a seat next to each other.

"i'm so-" he cuts me off.

"seriously. it's fine, stop apologising," he laughs. I let out a little giggle. we sit there in silence for a bit until i ask him a question.

"so...how come you moved to new york?" i ask.

"well i've always liked new york ever since i was a kid and it took some convincing to get my parents to move out here but with the help of my sisters we managed to convince them," he says

"cool. you definitely won't regret moving here. it's really beautiful here," i respond.

"yeah i don't plan on leaving anytime soon."

"i can show you around if you want," i suggested.

"that sounds great. thanks."

"so how come you're in the auditorium?"

"thought i could just run some lines for fun, i kind of like to act," he says as he runs his hand through his hair. he's so hot.

"no way! me too!"

"well, if you don't mind, you wanna run some lines with me?" he asks shyly. i didn't really know what text we were going to read from but i didn't really care.

"uh, yeah sure." we both walked onto the stage and he just started reciting some lines out of nowhere. i immediately recognised that the lines were from shakespeare's 'romeo and juliet.'

we spent the rest of our time reciting lines from multiple movies and musicals and before we knew it, it was 6pm.

"i should probably get going," i say. i saw his face drop and i could tell that he was having a good time. "don't get me wrong. i loved spending time with someone who didn't take acting as a joke but i have strict parents sooo.." i rushed to say.

"it's fine. we should totally do this again some other time though." he looked at me questiongly.

"sounds like a plan." i answer as i grabbed my bag and headed home.
