"I heard that he was in the Mafia."

Jisung blinked and started listening in.

"All I know is that he's really rich. Have you seen his motorcycle that he comes to school in?"

"Is it an expensive one?"

"Yeah, my brother said there's only a few models made in the whole world-"

"Have you ever seen his parents though? They've never come into school like ever not even for award ceremonies and it's already been 3 years."

"Hear me out. Maybe his parents are aliens."

"Yeaaaaah. Or he's an orphan with his parents' fortune left behind."

"But does anyone know where he lives? He doesn't even go home after school."

Jisung was slowly getting concerned at the whispered conversation going on behind him that he most definitely wasn't eavesdropping on.

"What? Don't look at me like that. I was just walking the same way as him one day."

"I was in his middle school."

Jisung flinched as their teacher - the one who'd put him in detention last week - called them out for their loud shrieks of accusation towards the poor girl. He nearly shouted in outrage when they were only reprimanded slightly. Not fair!

"Well? What was he like?"

"Eh. He didn't really talk to girls I guess. According to my sister, she was in the same class as him by the way, he had a lot of friends but he didn't seem like he really liked any of them. His best friend - you know Hwang Hyunjin, that guy in the class two doors from here who's like insanely hot?"

Jisung assumed they nodded because the girl who knew him from middle school carried on talking.

"That was the only friend he actually like talking to. My sister had a crush on him for like 2 years but he rejected her when she asked him out. Apparently, he's never dated anyone before, at least openly."

Jisung tuned them out as they started gasping and continued whispering about Lee Minho. It seemed he'd never realised how popular the boy that had called him 'princess' was. It's not like he cared anyway. He was just bored because the work was hard and Felix wasn't talking to him.

Jisung looked over at the seat next to him to see Felix was on his phone underneath the table. Probably texting Changbin.

The eight boys were going to meet up again after the detention last week - they'd even exchanged phone numbers and made a group chat - but they'd been busy with the extra detentions they got(separately this time) for the rest of the week. The weekend was for resting, Jeongin and Seungmin had stated and Hyunjin and Felix were at their dance studio. The oldest three were who knows where so Jisung was stuck at home for two days helping his mum with housework and cooking. He really hated life.

And now Felix was ignoring him.

"Oi. Get off your phone before I tell Mrs. Moon."

Felix glared. "Snitch." But he put away his phone regardless now staring at the sulking Jisung.

"I think I saw Minho at the dance studio on Sunday."

"HUH?" Jisung started.

Felix smirked at the reaction.

Jisung coughed, "I mean, hmmm."

Felix rolled his eyes, "Anyways, I think we should meet up after school today. That is, unless you have detention again?"
