I couldn't believe what I was reading! My name, along with two other names that weren't very familiar, were listed on the page. I was confused by the website. I was also confused on how the creator of the website knew my name. I clicked off of the website and closed my laptop. I was worn out by the events of the day, so I decided to go to bed early.
Around ten pm, I woke up to the sound of tapping on my window, but when my eyes opened, the tapping stopped immediately. I sat up on my bed and looked over at my night stand. There was an envelope on the night stand with the words "The Second Super Girl" written in fine font.
I opened the envelope and there was a neatly fitted and folded piece of paper that looked at least thirty years old. I unfolded the paper and read the values inside. The message awaiting inside said "To the second chosen super girl, Elora Stein. You have been chosen to join the new group of super girls. Your tasks as a super girl may sound simple, but can actually be pretty challenging. Soon, you will meet your companions. You may have heard a bit about them already. Good luck."
I for sure thought I was going crazy. How did this envelope get into my room and onto my nightstand? Maybe my brother is pulling a prank on me, but that still doesn't explain what happened in the bathroom. I wonder who these other people are though. What ever is going on, I hope it ends soon.
