The sounds of the clock continue to echo loudly in my room. The brown eyes of mine silently stared at the ceiling, 'It's been awhile since I actually started to do something valuable.' I shut my eyes in boredom, shaking unnecessary thoughts trying to tick off my head.
My phone starts to rang, the clock's arm strucked at '6:35 AM'
Time really does fly, 'Earlier, I thought of banging my head. But now, the usual bland traits of mine hunts my life again.'
Laziness
I picked up my bag clinging it onto my shoulder to start a new back to school day. Before the arm of our clock hits the specific time, I already got dressed up to get to school in time.
I haven't wash my body that's why I smell a bit sweaty, I got it off by spraying a perfume all around my body. As I walk down my steps heavily on the floor, I could hear the creaking sounds of wood when my footsteps weights down the floor.
The low-pitched buzzing whispers of hanging bugs lightly whispered to my ears, the beating of my heart starts to pump loudly. I raise my hand covering my lips when I could feel a small yawn coming out of my mouth.
The drips of tap-water passes down from its sink. While the creaking sounds got louder and louder, until I had enough.
Confusion was written all over my face, I knew I am always alone; but what's the reason of my feet screeching everytime it steps on the wooden floor, when I'm the only one who is left in this shabby home?
My phone began to notify letting pop-ups invade the silence. All of it were talking about how the world peace is affected harshly by social media, and how everyone in this world we live in had begun to let their sanity be blinded by fame.
Hundreds and thousands of notifications bursted out abruptly. 'What is this? Why is this all about suicidal threats? Plastic surgery that is forcing women to destroy their original self because of society's high expectation, short period of fame that is seducing men to ruin their careers because they all got the attention they wanted. And mostly, the money in exchange of their once lifetime happiness.'
The faucet suddenly activates, leaving the sink being flooded by streaming liquid. Centipedes and Cockroaches crawled from their hiding place just to eat out some piece of the wooden floor.
The noise is still unstopped, the clock clicks as it vibes with the wind that blows the door suddenly opening with a ringing thud.
A hand drop effortless on the ground, drugs from her curved palm scattered flying in mid air. My legs stopped moving, I clearly am shaking from fear.
I don't know what right now is happening, everything is already strange from the start, but what if that everything get's further more stranger?
I wanted to move away from the sudden shock, I desired to ran away from everything that is showing me the disasters cause by the society's expectation and how it affected everyone even a one time small youtuber's mental health.
'Nikocado Avocado'
And other more, but sadly... I was affected myself.
I thought it's just another normal day where not many had desire to meet me in real life. But like each day in my unrealistic internet posts on my social media accounts, I was a no one who just wanted bits of attention in real life.
