Right now, I just want to scream and run away and hide somewhere to get away from Carter's blazing eyes that are glaring at me.
After we were out of that nightmare that we were in, Carter and his friends took me to a car and started asking me questions,
"Who are you?"
"How could you even dare stalk me?"
"Why did you come?"
"Are you spying on us?"
I stood there helplessly among these three gorgeously handsome boys, racking my brain to answer their questions. I think now is the right time to start opening my mouth and talk to them, so they would set me free and live my life once again. I took a deep breath, mentally told myself that it will be okay and started, "Okay... I- I'm Kate and.. I... I wasn't either stalking or spying on any of you."
"So, what exactly were you doing here?" Xavier asked me. Carter turned his back on us and walked towards the passenger side of the car.
"Finish with her, I'll be waiting." with that he got in and slammed the door shut.
"Rude." I muttered under my breath and put my empty hands in my pockets.... empty? Oh, shit! I left the plastic bags there! No... my precious food..
Now, I really want, no, I 'need' to run away from these guys and go get it, but it would be terrifying since it's dark now.
"Can I go?" I asked, my voice sounding squeaky, but to my very disappointment the both of them shook their head simultaneously.
"You can't go." Xavier said.
"But we can let you, under one condition" Cole continued. Didn't he just shook his head a no? Weird, again, just like me.
"Please," I added while putting my hands together in a pleading way, but it made no difference other than making both of them laugh.
"Oh, no! Would mommy and daddy get mad?" Xavier mocked me while doing the same gesture that I did, making me pull them apart quickly.
"C'mon don't be silly, her diapers would be wet by being scared and mommy would scold her" Cole mocked too. Who the heck do they think themselves that I would be scared by... them?
"Now keep your gawky Comments to yourselves and tell me the condition, or I will just leave." I said making them surprised by my little outburst.
Yes girl! Show them who is the boss!
"Excuse me?" Xavier said, crossing his arms across his well built chest.
"Yup, like I said, let me go or you will be dealing with very horrid consequences. And I'm pretty sure you don't want that." I said pointing my index finger and waving it from Cole to Xavier slowly.
Both of them looked at each other, looked at me, looked at each other again, then bursted in laughter, annoying me more and more, but still, a little part of me was scared of them.
"Chill girl, we're not trying to kill you or anything," Cole said.
"We just want you to do us a favor." Xavier said in his calm voice.
"You know that I won't do anything for you two, or even him," I said pointing my thumb to the car. And I don't even know you. I add that to myself.
"And why would that be?" Xavier asked
"To make you realize, you are the one who sneaked on us... well Scott." Cole said and I snorted.
"You guys made me drop my bags, which had... important stuff in it" I said.
