" Harry " came a whisper from one Lily Potter.

Regret flowed through her body.

Was this her little boy?

Her boy.

The boy she forgot.

The boy who she didn't love.

How could she? Why did she do this? How could she forget him?

How?

Why?

Harry was standing in front of her and she didn't even recognize him. She felt so ashamed.

Harry though was no longer the shy little boy who would hide behind a book.

In fact, he wasn't even a little boy anymore.

He was a man both physically and mentally.

Lily knew that.

" Harry um... Harry li.. umm. Harry" stuttered LIly not even knowing how to speak to her own son.

Harry rolled his eyes at his mother " Umm umm um Harry. " he mocked her " Are you going to stop stuttering like a fool or are we going to eat" he asked sending her an icy cold glare.

Lily's body shivered under the icy glare Harry sent her.

"Harry please do not talk to your mother like that. Come and sit down we will have a nice peaceful family and friends dinner night. So I ask you please do join us" calmly said the man of the house, James Potter.

James of course was shocked when his son walked into the dining hall. He was even more shocked when he did not even recognize his own son.

James knew he never did pay any attention to his eldest son. But that was only because Hadrian after all is the boy who lived and needs more attention.

So what was so wrong with the fact he never spent time with Harry?

Never taught him to ride a proper broom.

What was so wrong with the fact that he forgot his son.

After all, Harry was alive and well.

But deep down James knew he made a HUGE mistake.

" Pick your battles, Harry Potter. PICK YOUR BATTLES. " said a small little voice inside Harry's head.

Harry thought the voice was right it was not a smart move to fight with Lily and James in front of everyone.

Harry sighed and put Rosaline down. He then walked to the front of the table and sat down in James's seat.

" Well aren't we going to eat? " asked Harry glaring at his parents.

Everyone in the room was shocked a 15-year-old boy would speak like that to his parents. Harry of course did not care what anyone thought of him.

" Let them think what they want to think" is what Harry would always say.

The only ones not seated at the table were Lily and James. Since James's seat was occupied he sat down next to Lily who was seated to the right of Harry. As soon as the two heads of the house sat down bowls of soup appeared out of thin air.
