Of course, the Aurors are best friends with James Potter. He did not hate them as there is a big line between hate and dislike. Harry just wasn't a huge fan of either of them. After all, they did have missions to complete so they were not very present on the birthdays. If they were present at a family gathering they always made an effort to talk to Harry, but the conversations were always small.
Still, as Harry Potter sat on the leather seat at the end of the Hogwarts express, he doesn't understand why his parents would want him to come home? He hasn't seen his parents for 4 years and they never bothered themselves to contact him at Hogwarts until now.
After all, ever since he was 11 he hasn't turned back, his summer holidays are always spent with his friends and their families. Harry looks at the letter again a look of fire in his green eyes he proceeds to crumble it. He shoves it into his pocket because if he reads the letter again his brain might explode. Harry reclines back on his leather seat, closing his eyes and trying to shut all the sounds around him to be able to focus on his thoughts.
Why now?
Why is he so important now?
What could they possibly fuck-
Suddenly the door to his compartment is slid open interrupting his thoughts. Running a hand through his raven-messy hair he opens one of his green eyes to see what the commotion was all about. His opened eye lands on his fellow group of Slytherins all wearing the Slytherin uniform. Black blazers, white shirts, and emerald ties. He opens his other eye a smirk slowly growing on his face.
"Aha there you are. I swear it's like you're trying to run away from us." a voice called out followed by a chuckle.
It was a girl with long brown hair, straight and soft. Her brown orbs were by no means dull quite the opposite actually. Her eyes always carried a spark to them whether she was laughing, angry, sad, or bored.
