Normal pov:

You were standing together with Pixies in front of three soldiers, Pixies started talking to them, "Good you're all here. Lieutenant (Y/n)(L/n) is going to be one of the main people leading this operation. Now, you have one mission and one mission only: Protect Eren Yeager. Any risk associated with this operation are yours to eliminate which I am sure you'll surmise means out of everyone, your jobs are the worst. Our success or failure will depend on you. Infact it's safe to say that the fact of mankind will reflect your own" after he finished Rico spoke, "Sir may I ask something?" "Of course" Pixies responded.

"Well more like a few things, are you certain about this, pinning our hopes on Yeager I mean." She said. "Rico don't" Ian tried to stop her but she continued, "I'm sorry I assume we all have our doubts. Then Mitabi started, "Please sir, with all due respect sir, the kid's ability is an unknown quantity, we don't have the first idea on of what he'll do or won't do, if he can't lift the rock or worse he goes a lot of lives will have been lost for nothing and-" you cut him off "There's this thing called 'faith' and you should have it some in your fellow comrades and we can worry 'when and If' anything goes wrong. But we don't know until we try. But seeing your faces, guess we should just let ourselves to the titans willingly." three of them looked at you shocked, Pixies nodded in consideration hearing your words and he started, "Your lieutenant has a point and so do you, Mitabi." He said. "Personally I feel sick of the idea, I'm a sore loser. You'd think I'd be used to it I've been stuck on the losing side since day one, I'm a stubborn old fool though just once I'd like to know victory feels like, even if I have to resort to extreme." He said as his back was turned at them.

"Naturally sir, I'm sure we all fee the same way!" Rico said then Pixies turned sideways looking at them and spoke "Then I suppose we'll just have to wait and see. The boy's ability is an unknown quantity I'll give you that, but I'll take it over known quantity of our options. And don't you worry, if anything goes wrong you have the 'Humanity's Fiercest' with you.." then a soldier came and said, "Sir! It's time to get the decoy operation on its feet." Then Pixies fully turned to fully face the three. "(Y/n)(L/n), Ian Dietrich, Rico Brzenska, Mitabi Jarnarch, you are the soldier and garrison regiment's best and brightest. Win this one for humanity" they all saluted and gave out a "Sir!" "Excellent" he said then turned to you and nodded before walking off.

    You spoke to them, "Though I may be the one leading this operation, Ian I'm assigning you secondary squad leader, on-site contingency will be be yours to deal with" he gave out an 'uh' before replying, "But ma'am, that is-" "I have no objection" Rico spoke up also Mitabi, "Neither do I" Ian then tried make you reconsider your decision "Please ma'am, I am not content enough" he said.

You put a hand on his shoulder making him surprised. You looked straight in his eyes with determination and spoke, "You can do this, don't underestimate yourself. I believe in you and you should believe in yourself as well." He gasped looking at you in your eyes before giving a salute and gave out a "Ma'am!" You smiled at him in an encouraging way and nodded. After that you walked over to Eren, Mikasa and Armin.

You saw Mikasa looking a bit gloomy, you spoke up "Ackerman, I need you in my squad that'll be providing Yeager with backup." Her face brighten a bit hearing that. "We'll need as many skilled individuals as possible in keeping him safe. Now hop-to let's get this started" with that said everyone moved out.

       You were running along with your squad on top the wall to the boulder. Mikasa, Eren, Rico and Mitabi started to throw insults at each other getting on your nerves. "Wanna try argueing without a head?! Shut up!" You yelled catching them all off guard.
