Anniversary (BokuAka) A New Year Special

Monday December 28th 2020

Its 8am and Akaashi just got out of bed. Today Kenma and himself where going to help Suga find Daichi a birthday gift since his birthday was the on the same day as Akaashi's and Bokuto's anniversary. Akaashi had gone to get a change of clothes and a towel and went to take a shower. After 30 minutes in the shower he got out and got dressed. After getting dressed he went back to the room to check on Bokuto who was still asleep. Akaashi grabbed his phone and saw that it was about to be 9 o' clock and he knew Bokuto had work today at 10. Akaashi went over to Bokuto and tried to wake him up."Bokuto you need to get up" Akaashi said nudging Bokuto's shoulder "Kasshi why I don't have work today" Bokuto replied groggy and sleepy " Bokuto its Monday you have work in a hour and if you miss work I will leave you. That means no anniversary no more living together and most of all no more Akaashi." Akaashi said as Bokuto jumped out of bed "Sorry kasshi I will be ready in 10 minutes you have my word." Bokuto said as he tried to hurry and grab clothes to go take a shower. "Good breakfast should be done when you come down" Akaashi said as he walked away with a smirk on his face.

After 10 minutes Bokuto came down stairs as Akaashi just finished breakfast.
"Hey Bokuto your plate of pancakes and eggs with bacon is on the counter. And yes the pancakes are owl shaped just how you like them, but I added a special pancake in there just for you its on the second plate." Akaashi said as he was making his plate of breakfast "Okay thank you Awwwwwkashi your the best." Bokuto said smiling witch caused Akaashi to blush a little. Akaashi learned how to do pancake art after the first breakfast he made Bokuto when they first started dating almost 6 years ago. It was thanks to Father that Akaashi can do pancake art just for himself and Bokuto. Bokuto sat down and looked at his pancake art and saw his favorite animal on both pancakes the horned owl and as he was looking at the second set of pancakes he saw one very big pancake on the plate. As he was moving the pancakes over to revealing the big pancake Akaashi had gotten up and went over to Bokuto and when Bokuto looked up to find Akaashi he was meet with a kiss on the cheek just like the way Akaashi made the pancake. "Thats a fortune pancake Bokuto and it came true" Akaashi said as he smiled. "Baby Owl... I..I..I Love it and I love you more even more then a horned owl." Bokuto said as he turned and started kissing Akaashi all over. Baby Owl..... I love it I hope he calls me that more from now on Akaashi thought before saying "Bokuto" "Yes Kasshi" Bokuto replied "Could you call me Baby Owl more?" Akaashi asked as his pinks started to turn a darker shade of red while he was fiddling with his fingers "Sure my Baby Owl" Bokuto replied as he gave him a peck on the lips. After they finished eating Bokuto went to work and Akaashi stayed at home waiting for Suga and Kenma to arrive. Akaashi decided to text the group chat to see where they were.

Akaashi could care less for the group chat name but it was one Suga and Kenma chose and it stuck but what Akaashi could care less for even more is how they agreed to start a message like that when they were taking forever

At Akaashi's Car

"Alright yall ready" Akaashi said as he got in his car "Almost" Suga and Kenma said "Just because the bookstore is closed today and I am off of work does not mean you can take forever now hurry up or I might run you over" Akaashi said SCARY Suga and Kenma both thought. "Okay were ready" the both said as they jumped into the car.
"Akaashi why are you in a mood today its not like you" Suga asked "Well normally today I would have work at the bookstore but Mr. and Mrs. Ackerman aren't coming back from their trip till tomorrow since it was late and they already have problems seeing since they are in their late 70's early 80's. They sent me the message last night saying they were going to spend one more day and give me today off." Akaashi replied. "Oh" Kenma and Suga said at the same time. After the short 30 minute drive they arrived back at the mall following Suga to find things Daichi is interested in. Suga eventually ended up at FYE (For Your Entertainment) and found plenty of stuff Daichi would like. Daichi was into anime and enjoyed watching shows like Dragon Ball and Attack on Titan and My Hero. Suga found him a Goku statue and a All Might shirt both being ones he doesn't have. As they went up to check out they were greeted by a face they have not seen since High School "Asahi?" Akaashi asked with a confused but happy face "Akaashi, Suga, and Kenma?" he replied "OMG it is you how have you been?" Akaashi, Suga, and Kenma replied "G..Good yall" Asahi said flushed by the question all three gave at the same time " Good and sorry we should had taken turns." Suga said speeching for all 3 while Kenma and Akaashi nodded. Asahi was a quiet type of person who was also considered very religious although he was good friends with Suga, Akaashi, and Kenma he never gave them his number to stay in touch. "Asahi" Akaashi asked "Yes Akaashi" he replied "could I get your number so we can all stay in touch?" Sure its ***-***-****" he said smiling "Thanks oh and check your phone now.

"Okay I see the group chat." Asahi said.
(A/n as Asahi said his number Suga and Kenma saved and when Akaashi saved it he put his name we are only seeing Akaashi's view of the chat not Kenma's nor Suga's) "Anways here let me scan those" Asahi said as he helped Suga check out "Thanks Asahi" suga replied. "Your Welcome and that will be 35.65" Asahi said as Suga pulled out his wallet to pay "Hey Asahi" Kenma called "Yes Kenma" he replied "When do you go on lunch?" He asked "Well right now actually" he said with a smile "Would you like to come eat lunch with us again like we all used to in high school?" He asked hoping he would say yes but also hoping he would say no. "Sure that sound great were are we going" Asahi asked "How about the Long Horn Steak House" Suga suggested  everyone nodded in agreement and made their way to Long Horn Steak House. After they ordered they started talking (Their orders: Akaashi got a 18oz steak with French fries and a Sweet Tea/ Suga got a 15oz Steak with a Dr. Pepper/ Kenma and Asahi got chicken strips with a sprite)
"Asahi would you like to come to mine and Kuroo's New Years party?" Kenma asked "Sure could I bring Noya?" He asked "Wait you started dating Noya?" Suga asked "Yes about 4 months ago" he replied "Wo.." Suga said before getting cut off "Yes you are more than welcomed to bring Noya I know Tanaka will be there." Kenma said as Suga glared at him. Shortly after their food arrived and they ate and laughed enjoying each others company and catching up with Asahi.

After they finished eating

"Well I have to get back to work guys I will see yall later" Asahi said as he paid for his part of the meal and left waving bye with Suga, and Kenma waving back "Bye Asahi it was nice seeing you again" Akaashi said. Shortly after they each laid for their meals and left going to a store called Hero's Fantasy Suga had told them that this was his favorite store to go to since it had a lot of anime stuff he enjoyed watching. After browsing they each found statues that Daichi did not have and picked them out Akaashi got him 2 statues and so did Kenma while Suga went and got him 6. By now it was the end of the day and Akaashi took everybody back to his place so they can go home. "See you later guys" Akaashi said as they walked to their cars "Bye" Kenma and Suga said walking away. Akaashi opened the door and started cooking dinner. About 30 minutes into cooking Bokuto arrived home. "Baby Owl I'm home" he said knowing Akaashi would be in the kitchen Akaashi stopped cooking for a bit and went over to hug and kiss Bokuto who gladly returned the hug and kisses back to Akaashi. "How was work baby" Akaashi said as Bokuto replied "Well it was about the same boring with out you their" he said as Akaashi giggled and went back to finish cooking Bokuto followed and went up and hugged Akaashi from behind "What you making beautiful" Bokuto asked as he hugged Akaashi from behind. "Chicken Strips with rice and mac n cheese handsome" he replied as Bokuto giggled. After Akaashi finished cooking they sat down and started eating.

After they finished eating Bokuto went to watch some TV and turned around to see if his baby owl was coming but he was not their "BABY OWL ARE YOU COIMG TO WATCH TV WITH ME?" Bokuto yelled from the couch "SORRY BABY NOT RIGHT NOW I AM GOING TO TAKE A SHOWER THEN I WILL COME JOIN YOU" Akaashi replied from the bedroom. "OKAY" Bokuto yelled as her turned on the TV. Bokuto was a little upset because he wanted to watch TV with Akaashi right away but before he said anything he remembered that Akaashi has work in the morning and decided to wait. Akaashi took a quick shower and got changed into his Owl Onesie Bokuto got him for Christmas as he went to join Bokuto on the couch he noticed Bokuto was wearing the matching onsie he got him for Christmas "Baby Owl look we match" Bokuto said as he turned to look at Akaashi "Yes you know now this make us one of those cute couples who wear matching outfits" Akaashi replied "Baby Owl we were already a cute couple even before this. We were the cute couple because of your God like beauty" Bokuto replied making Akaashi blush as he sat down next to him and kissed his face as they both started watching tv.

4 hours later it was about 10pm
"Baby Owl" Bokuto whispered and Akaashi didn't reply Bokuto leaned forward to see that Akaashi was asleep with his head in his lap. Bokuto just smiled and carried Akaashi to their bedroom and they both went to sleep as Bokuto layed down thinking before falling asleep 3 more days and you will be my baby owl forever Bokuto thought as he kissed Akaashi's forehead and fell asleep with him in his arms.
