Anniversary (BokuAka) A New Year Special

Akaashi rolled over in bed and turned off his alarm and got up to get ready for work Somethings off here Akaashi thought as he looked over and noticed Bokuto was gone. He got up and went to the kitchen and there he was "What are you doing?" Akaashi asked as Bokuto turned around "Making you breakfast my Angelic Baby Owl" Bokuto replied "Okay well I am going to take a quick shower and get ready for work then is breakfast almost done?" Akaashi asked "Yes it should be done in about 10 minutes" Bokuto said with a smile on his face Akaashi went back to the room and grabbed some clothes and took a quick shower and got ready for work as he went back to the kitchen he saw Bokuto making the plates "It smells good what did you make? Akaashi questioned "Well I wanted to try something new and I thought you might like it so I made Avocado Toast with scramble eggs" Bokuto said smiling looking at the dish he made "You already know I can't really cook but I saw this recipe and it looked easy to make plus eggs are the only thing I can actually cook" he said handing Akaashi a plate.

After they finished "Bokuto that was very good. I think I am going to have to get the recipe from you and make it for you again later" Akaashi said as he rinsed off his plate "Nope this is the one dish I will make for breakfast and you will not make it for me I will only make it for you since you cook for me to much. I love it but every once and a while I should cook for you" Bokuto replied making Akaashi blush as they started walking towards the door to go to work.

~ Time Skip to Akaashi's at work for 2 hours already ~

Ding Ding

"Hello Welcome to-" Akaashi said before stopping and looking at the door confused "Hey Akaashi don't look so confused to see us it's not like we don't read you know" Kenma said as he walked into the bookstore with Kuroo, Suga, and Daichi "What are yall doing here?" he asked "Well I wanted to ask you something" Kuroo said "You could have texted me but sure Kuroo shoot your shot" Akaashi said "C..Could you sing at the party tomorrow?" Kuroo asked nervously "Y....You w-want me to sing at the party?" Akaashi said embarrassed "Yes you had such a amazing voice yesterday and I thought you singing would make a nice touch for the party" Kuroo said with praise in his voice "Well I mean su.." "Keiji you sing?" Mrs. Ackerman said as she walked up to the group cutting off Akaashi in the process "Yes and No Mrs. Ackerman not professionally but I mainly sing when I clean while Bokuto is at work and I am alone" Akaashi replied "Could you sing right now dear?" Mrs. Akaashi asked as everyone but Akaashi had their faces light up "I'm ... sure Mrs. Ackerman but you guys have to buy 2 books apiece" Akaashi said as he looked at Kuroo, Kenma, Suga, and Daichi "Deal" they all said in agreement "Oh I am excited Keiji could you wait till I get back I am going to get my Husband" Mrs. Ackerman asked "Sure" he replied.

When Mrs. Ackerman returned with her Husband she asked "Keiji what song are you going to sing for us?" "For you Mrs. Ackerman I will sing two songs first I will sing Hallelujah cover by Simply Three featuring Robert Moody and Lights Down Low cover also by Simply Three featuring Redhill" Akaashi said as he grabbed his phone and started playing the first song "Oh wait one second" Akaashi said as he left and came back with 6 chairs for everyone to sit on "Her you Mrs. And Mr. Ackerman I don't want yall standing for to long they are ling songs" Akaashi said "Always such a dear Keiji" Mrs. Ackerman replied "Okay here I go and don't talk while I sing or make a lot of noise and pay attention Kenma it is disrespectful to the lord to not pay attention and keep quiet during this song" Akaashi said as he hit play.

The music started to play as they all watch waiting for him to start singing.

Akaashi finished singing as they all applauded Akaashi looked over at everyone and noticed they were crying "Keiji you have a wonderful voice" Mrs. Ackerman said "Thank you Mrs. Ackerman "Keiji i want you to go professionally as a singer. I know you can do it after what I just heard I tip my hat to you. And as my wife told you I don't talk to many people unless they earn my respect and you have earned it you work hard everyday and you have amazing talent now enough talking from me lets hear your next song I am excited." Mr. Ackerman said. This was the first time Akaashi has ever heard him talk to him and Akaashi was holding back tears as he said "Thank you sir and I will try hard and work to become a professional singer.".
