Elanie and her sibling, Lucas, lived in a forest near a village.
Lucas was sick with some illnesses that made him unable to look after himself at times, so Elanie took care of him.
They lived in a forest because Elanie got accused for being a witch since she could wander into the forest alone, without being scared nor being hurt when she came back.
She sometimes was allowed to go down to the village from the forest to buy medicine, get recourses she couldn't collect from the woods etc, but she did everything to stay near the woods, since people said it was haunted, and that no one, healty or sick, should walk inside the woods alone, as it could be extremely dangerous since they didn't know what lied upon it.
No one was as brave enough to explore nor live in the woods becouse of the sayings exept Elanie and her now burnt mother.
Yes, burnt. The people in the village burned their family since they were the ones who supported ''the witch herself'', but they left the children since the last time they burned a family..
..It didnt turn out.. ''safe'', and the village got cursed with the earth witches wrath
What it told them would haunt their memories.
''One of the children in the next generation will be a witch, if you harm her or her sibling, this whole village will feel her wrath.''
