Losing It: Prologue Part 2

............................................4 days after the Quirk Incident.............................................

I hereby declare that Y/n L/n is found, guilty of two counts of assault and two counts of endangering citizens. And will be declared a danger to Japan and will be considered a threat to the safety of Japan. She will be sent to a 2-year training program in America after serving 6 months in a juvenile detention center. The training program will help her to control her quirk. If she passes she will be allowed back in Japan but will have to earn the right to legally use it. As of now Ms. L/n, you are a threat to the safety of Japan and are to be handled as a villain until further notice.

~Wait, did I hear the judge correctly? Did he say threat? Villian? Danger? Me? All I did was lose control. It was only once. 

They won't even let me see Katsuki or tell me if he's okay. Izuku is in the back of the courthouse. I saw him when they walked me in. He looked at me with pity. That's not what I needed. I need Katsuki. I need to see him. I need to know if he still needs me.

Huh? Wait but we came into this trial told that she was only being charged with one count of assault! And 6 months in a detention center? She's 14! She's not a criminal! She- My dad was cut off trying to plead my case.

Order! Order! After seeing the security footage, It was clear that Ms. L/n attempted to assault the officers. Counting as another charge.  - The judge said emotionless.

She took 2 steps after being shot! That's not assault! And even so! That should be attempted assault! - My mother said, as it was her turn to become furious.

Security, please remove the guardians of Ms. L/n. -Said the judge.

All I could do was think about Katsuki and Izuku. My life was nothing before I met them. I haven't been alone for such a long time. 

~I can't say goodbye. I can't just go. I can't! I won't! I need to see them! I need to know if Katsuki's alright! I wanna explain why I never told him! He looked at me with such fear that day! I can't let him be scared of me!

I-I can't leave! I can't leave Izuku! I can't leave Katsuki! I want to see him! Please! Please I'm begging you! Let me see them! At least let me know if Katsuki is ok! Please I'm sorry! I didn't want to hurt him! I love him! - I screamed, tears streaming down my face and my voice cracking.

If my hands weren't in cuffs behind my back, I would've slammed my hands on the table. I can't do this. But then I heard some voices call me from behind.

Y/n! He's okay! I promise! - yelled Izuku.

He's in a medically induced coma! But he'll make a full recovery! - Mitsuki called.

We'll tell him everything! We won't let him forget you! - Inko yelled.

The guards started to escort me out of the courthouse. I was still crying, but I was smiling at the words of the few people I had left besides my parents and brothers. I walked backward, trying to get one last look at them before I was forced to leave Japan.

We'll wait for you Y/n! He'll wait for you! He l- Izuku started yelling, but before he could finish, the door shut in my face. Sealing my hellish fate.

~Don't worry Katsuki. I promise. No. I swear on my life, that I will come back for you.
