Chapter thirteen

Fate's POV

It had taken me fifteen extra minutes to fully understand the situation I had found myself stuck in. Fifteen minute at a vampire's speed away from the board and yet I still could hear my pack members whimpering for me to come back. Niall had an iron grip around my ankles to keep me from fly back. His whole body was stiff as he ran, obviously he wanted me to figure out that he was my mate by myself rather than him having to yell it to me over a pack of snarling wolves.

Niall steadily came to a stop and helped me down from his back but kept his arms wrapped around my waist. "We're entering Harry's kingdom soon, stay close. There's vampires crawling around here just ready to get their hands on the werewolf princess." his tone was far from joking. "And the others won't be too happy on me bring you here either... But I couldn't stand being away from you."

I felt my heartbeat hammer against my chest quicker at his words and thanks to his hearing skills he had heard the speed increase. He glanced at me from the side before pulling me forward with the muttered word 'cute' in a chuckled form.

The others....

Louis.

Zayn.

Liam.

Harry.

They didn't want me to come here and Niall had gone against then just for me, for us.

I couldn't help but smile at my mate's efforts to reunite us again, even though I vaguely remember him. "Niall?" I whispered, slowly wrapping my arms around his torso for a side hug. "Thank you."

I just realized that I wrote this awhile ago and didn't publish it. 😓

Anyhow I probably have said this before but I'll write more in the next chapter.

I have something to ask you too, should I start an One Direction preference (interracial)
