How They Would Help You Through A Panic Attack

Murder House:

Violet Harmon: I was sitting in history class and I was trying to pay attention, but it was hard because I could tell I was about to have a panic attack. When the feeling of panic started getting worse I stood up and walked out of the classroom as the teacher yelled at me. I went to a wall and started hitting my hand against it because I thought that maybe it would help the feeling of panic go away by helping me focus on something. I could hear the door of the classroom open again behind me but I ignored it thinking it was the teacher. I felt someone wrap their arms around my waist and pull me away from the wall. I started hitting the person hands trying to get them to let go of me. As I was hitting the person I heard Violet say "Hey calm down baby it's just me." When I heard Violet I collapsed in her arms and we both fell to the ground. I leaned my head back so it was on her shoulder and grabbed onto her arms. She kissed the top of my head and said "It's okay. I've got you."

Vivien Harmon: Me and Vivien were at her house and I started having a panic attack. Vivien was in the kitchen getting us drinks and I couldn't find the strength to stand up and walk to her so I took my shoe off and threw it on the floor as hard as I could hoping it would get her attention. She walked out of the kitchen and looked at me and said "Are you okay I heard a thud?" I shook my head and she walked over to me and said "What's wrong?" I went to say something but I started sobbing and my hands started shaking. She looked at me worried and said "Are you having a panic attack?" I nodded and she grabbed my hands and pulled me closer to her. She pulled my hands up to her heart and said "Can you feel my heartbeat?," I nodded and she said ",good focus on my heartbeat it should help you calm down a little." I focused on her heartbeat and after a couple minutes I had calmed down. I smiled at her and said "Thank you." She kissed my forehead and said "You're welcome."

Nora Montgomery: Me and Nora we walking around the house and I could feel myself start to have a panic attack so I grabbed Nora's hand. She turned to me and I could tell she knew what was going on when she put her hand on my cheek and made me look at her and said "Hey Y/N can I hug you?" I nodded and she pulled me into her arms and rubbed my back and whispered sweet sentences into my ear. When I calmed down she pulled away from the hug and kissed the top of my head and said "I love you." I smiled at her and said "I love you too."

Billie Dean Howard: Me and Billie were at a mall. The store we were shopping in was getting pretty crowded and there were a lot of people pushing past us. Some of the people who were walking by were touching my butt and I couldn't tell if it was on purpose or not but it was making my uncomfortable and I was slowly starting to panic. I turned to Billie and grabbed her hand moving closer to her. She looked at me and put her hand on my cheek and said "Hey are you okay?" I shook my head and she said "Okay. Is it to crowded here do you want to go somewhere else?" I nodded and she started walking towards the exit of the store pulling me so I was walking behind her. When we got out of the store she pulled me closer to her and kissed my forehead and said "It's okay sweetie I got you."

Hayden McClaine: Me and Hayden were hanging out in the basement and I randomly started panicking. I stood up from where we were sitting on the ground and started pacing back and forth. I walked over to the wall and started hitting and kicking it. Hayden cam up behind me and she wrapped her arms around my waist and pulled me towards the center of the room. I turned around in her arms and started hitting her shoulder. She grabbed my hand and said "Hey sweet girl stop hitting things you're going to hurt yourself. I need you to try and calm down for my so you don't get hurt." I looked up at her and started crying. She pulled me closer and I rested my head on her chest and she started rocking us side to side slowly. She kissed the top of my head and said "It's okay babygirl I've got you." We stayed like that for a while before I calmed down and pulled away from the hug slightly to kiss her.
