I AM NOW HEADING to the courtroom. This is the first day of Sic's trial. I promised him that I will prove him not guilty, no matter what.

"Savage love. Did somebody, did somebody, break your heart?" I was startled when Lazarus' face appeared in front of me. He is smirking like an idiot, so I let my hand crumple his face.

Immediately, he removed my hand and stared at me.

"Ano? Napapangiti ka sa boses ko kaya nang gugusumot ka diyan ng mukha? Hindi mo nga ako binigyan ng make-over."

I can't help myself to laugh because of what he acts. It's a good thing that he came; it helps to lessen my nervousness later in court.

"Magkasalubong na naman ang kilay mo. Turuan na lang kitang gumamit ng tiktok." Nanlaki ang mata ko sa sinabi niya.

"What the heck?" I slapped my forehead because of the next thing he did. Lazarus danced in front of me. I look around and I saw other people smirking and laughing. I suddenly punched his chest before leaving him.

Pinahihiya ako ng isang iyon.

I fixed my black suit and let a big sighed. I entered the courtroom and I saw Sic, seating on the right side of the courtroom. He looks fine. Before this day come, I gave Sic a make-over. I buy him some clothes so that he will look fine and look innocent. This is the reason why Lazarus is sulky a while ago.

I should also give Lazarus a make-over. Sana, hindi na siya nagsasayaw pa kanina.

"Good luck, Attorney." I looked at Sic, sitting next to me in the courtroom. I suddenly smirked when I heard his voice. I can feel that he's into it. He is willing to cooperate with me in proving his innocence.

"Defendant, make your statement." I gave a stare to Prosecutor Monet. She's the prosecutor again in this trial. I stand up and started my opening argument.

"The defendant is a victim. That night, he was about to surprise his girlfriend. Here are the pictures that the school gave. It was clearly seen that the two have a strong bond relationship. How can someone kill an important person in his life?"

The people in the court are murmuring. I give a glance to Sic and he looks confident. I continue, "It was a trap for the defendant. The charges that will be put on the defendant are not appropriate. I insist on his innocence."

Afterward, Prosecutor Monet starts her argument. She manages the case well, I know her. She's on fire right now because she defeated me on my last case.

She started to walk in the front. She presented pictures that will support her argument. "The victim was clearly stabbed by a knife. There is no one in the incident that will do this crime. It's only the defendant—" she paused, looking at me, "—and the body's victim was found unconscious on her bed. And in her room was the defendant who goes to the same school."
