No one's POV
Y/n groaned as she heard the alarm go off on her phone. She repeatedly tapped her phone until the ringing stops. She sat up and placed both feet on the ground, only to recoil in pain. She had completely forgotten about the fact she fucked up her ankle.
Y/n sighed and reached over her bed, grabbing her crutches. Though there was one problem. How was she going to go downstairs with only one working arm? She thought she might as well try to get down there without waking up the twins. Y/n began to walk, with the support of the crutches, and made it out of her bedroom door.
She could've used the furniture upstairs as a guide but since they were moving in two days, the house was barren, only a few important stuff remaining. So she only had the wall to help her down the stairs. She was about two steps away when she stumbled a bit and ended up falling the rest of the way.
She didn't want to land on her ankle so she sacrificed her arm that was covered by the cast. When she landed on it, it didn't hurt as much as she thought it would. She was about to pull herself up when she heard footsteps up in Kaisai's room. She looked up and saw Kaisai, wearing gray sweatpants, no shirt, and was sweating. She figured he had gotten back from his morning run a few minutes before she woke up.
"Mom! What are you doing out of bed?!" Kaisai asked, running down the stairs to help his mother up, who just smiled at him.
"I had to get up to make you and Kaito's breakfast. Then I have to get dressed for work." She explained, grabbing her crutches.
Kaisai just deadpanned.
"What?" Y/n asked, making her way to the kitchen.
"1. Why would you get out of bed when it's quite apparent that you can't walk properly. And 2. Why the hell are you going to work with injuries like this?" Kaisai asked, making sure his mom doesn't fall again.
"1. I don't care if I'm dying a slow and painful death, I will always make you breakfast because you'd probably eat a rock because you can't cook. 2. I own the cafe, which means I have to open it every day. And, money doesn't grow on trees." Y/n said, grabbing the supplies to make cinnamon rolls and bacon and eggs. She was struggling to grab the flour though because she couldn't reach her full height.
"Sweetie, can you please grab the flour up there." She asked, grabbing everything else. The black-haired boy sighed and walked over to assist his mother.
"Oh I forgot to tell you, I want you and your brother to meet me at the cafe after school. After I finish, I wanted to take you out for ice cream for you both working so hard on your training. Though you may have to wait for a couple of hours. School ends at 3:30, but the cafe closes at 5:30, plus it takes 30 minutes to clean up." Y/n said, mixing the ingredients in a bowl.
"Besides, Izuku might stop by again today because I offered him food on the house since he gave me a $500 tip. Can you believe it?" Y/n giggled but noticed her son was frozen in his spot.
"What's wrong?"
"Did you just call the Number One Hero... by his first name?" Kaisai asked, his eyes bulged out of his head.
"I did. What's wrong with that?" She asked, now placing the cinnamon rolls in the oven.
"YOU'RE ON FIRST NAME BASIS WITH THE NUMBER ONE HERO! HOW?!" Kaisai exclaimed, jumping around. This made Y/n laugh.
"I said to him he could call me Y/n and he thought it would be fair if I called him Izuku." She explained, cooking the eggs and bacon.
"DO YOU KNOW HOW SPECIAL YOU ARE?! NOT ONLY CAN YOU CALL HIM BY HIS FIRST NAME, BUT YOU ALSO HAVE HIS NUMBER?!" He started pacing back and forth.
