"—And with that, the results of the trial exams will serve as your final practice throughout the whole review."
Starting my day now in the review center has somehow led my mind off things that are going on right now. In the right edge of the wall, looking directly through the window and clicking my pen on and off as silent as I can, the moderator continues as I hear him talk but not as much that I have my attention on him.
"Let's start from the highest so we won't start the day as depressing. Morris, uh—is there an Erin Giselleah Morris in here?"
The girl beside me tapped my shoulder, as I snap out of my curiosity by the city outside. "Hmm?"
"Your test scores," she whispered.
I stood up and went to his desk as I reach my hand out for the paper.
"You're Giselle?" he says, as I nod slowly, trying my best to think what could make me relevant to him.
"Well done on your document, those advocacies and public speeches will do you good in Paris. Not to mention that remarkable note by the end of the exam you left, what is it now?"
I looked, I wasn't really sure what he was talking about to be honest.
i'm sorry but it's actually 1862 when Louis Pasteur won the award for disproving The Theory of Spontaneous Generation.
I lifted my head in embarrassment, "There wasn't any teacher, a-and it's not on the choices — I wasn't trying to–"
"It's alright, Morris. Sit down," he continues as I proceeded to take a sigh while I sit.
The four-hour session has passed and I've waited long enough to see the results because I was no nervous.
This is a practice exam, what am I doing?
I stepped outside and sat by the bench.

"Only two mistakes? Holy shit," I heard a voice.
I stood up in surprise, "What are you doing here?"
"I came for you, Lottie. I – I want to explain myself," Leo said as he displays a concerned look on his face.
"I told you, I need to be alone, alright? And—I completely understand. I really do. Who wouldn't want to be with someone like Abilene?" I respond as I walk.
He follows, which really is not helping with my embarrassment of confessing to him.
"It's not what it looks like, Lottie, please if you could just listen to m—"
"Hey, asshole, you heard her."
I turned around and saw the three of them, as Dwyneth pulls over.
"Leave her alone," Danny continues while I squint my eyes from the sun.
Amara then hopped out of the car as he goes to Leo, "Wouldn't want precious Kates to be waiting, right?" as she holds my hand while I climb the car. My friends are the best.
To be honest, I'm taking the whole situation quite good. I haven't shed a tear since that night on Homecoming, well because, I really was just hurt and thought that someone could actually look at me like he does.
