"Alright, you weasels, you know the drill. 1 hour and—Morris? What are you doing in here?"

"What, you don't think I could be in detention, Mr. Porter?" I answered.

"Just – Wait for Andrews, he'll be assisting. I have a seminar with the dean in 5 minutes. Be on your best behavior, yeah? DiCaprio. You especially."

Leo, now slouching, "Jayson?"

"Yes. He volunteered now that he's applying for scholarship in—God, I forgot the name, whatever I gotta run," Mr. Porter replies leaving, as I sigh feeling that detention isn't really that bad, for now.

Couple of minutes later, a student at my left started to engrave letters on the table, which made me really confused.
"Uh, d-do you need paper? I have many in my bag, here-"

"Oh, my God, you clueless little saint."

I now turned to my right at Leo as I scoff, "Excuse me?"

"Best not to talk," he adds. "You probably got like 7 books in your bag, might as well whip out one."

I scoffed even more, standing up, "You little shit."

I grabbed my broken bag, taking a cutter I got from the prop department out of the pocket as I sit down once again, trying my best to carve letters but failed miserably.

"Oh, hey, Giselle–uh, wh-what are you doing?"

I lifted my head as I saw Jayson by the door, "Engraving?"

"I can see that," he sighs. "What did you do again?" he continues, pertaining to Leo.

"Nothing, I was just joking around. Lottie, alright, I'll shut up now," he answers, standing up as he was trying to look at my face but I was too busy doing my engravings. "I'm a nerd. Piss off." I wrote.

He lowered down his right leg, as he tries to peek, "Hey," he whispered. "I'm sorry. I know you're having a bad day, I was just teasing you."

His whisper made me stop, I placed down the cutter, and tied my hair into place.

"I didn't know you had dimples," he added.

Flustered, I hid it with annoyance, "Ugh, get out of my face."

It wasn't completely that bad, I ensured I made use of the time by reading classics. As Leo slept the whole hour. He looked so precious.
shit, shut up!

Miss Davis arrived by the door, her arms filled with huge paperboard and lists, as she races for her breath.

"Theatre, Leo. Now, go on."

We all stood up and proceeded to go outside, led by DiCaprio.

"Uh, you too, Giselle. If that's okay?" she adds.

I gave out a set smile, I didn't really have a choice. "Yes, Miss Davis."
"A-Are there any problems with the props?"

"No, they're lovely! Abilene might just need some assistance in the backstage with her costume I was wondering if you could–"

"Of course. I'll go straight there," I replied leaving behind Leo.
