i woke up to the smell of pancakes, i turned over to see hope was out of bed. my mind couldn't stop thinking about last night. every. single. thing. it was all running through my head. i got up out of bed to go see hope. i walked out of her room to see her making pancakes.

"so you're a chef now are you?", i ask laughing.

"i prefer the name, gordon ramsy", she said smiling. she looked down.

"crap!! my pancake burnt!" she shouted. i laughed so hard.

"what happened to gordon ramsy?" i asked.

"every chef makes mistakes"

"totally", i said sarcastically while giggling. she started laughing, god her laugh was beautiful. i ran down the stairs to eat the breakfast she made. i stole a pancake she was eating and popped a piece in my mouth, laughing.

"hey! what was that for? those are MY pancakes!", she said laughing but pouting at the same time.

"not anymore!" i said while snatching another one. she put a whole pancake in her mouth, well, attempted to. i bit the other side, leaving us to eat the rest of the pancake until our lips met. we kissed for a good minute or two. i pulled away, i wanted to ask her an important question.

"so... i was thinking", i said while looking at her beautiful face. "maybe... i could be your girlfriend?", i asked nervously. she stopped eating her pancake.

"are you kidding?", she asked smiling,"of course i do!", she almost shouted, laughing. i just kissed her lips, but in my head i was screaming! i am officially dating hope mikaelson! just then i thought of something that ruined the whole moment. i pulled away. she looked confused.

"oh my god", i said in shock.

"what?", she asked confused.

"penelope. what am i supposed to tell her? you know how obsessed she has been lately. what if she does something crazy!", i almost yelled. she frowned.

"we'll figure that out later, right now, i want you to meet my family, i mean we are here!" i smiled. but then i thought. these are a bunch of mikaelson and some of them are original vampires. oh god. what if they hate me, i'm so scared.

it's like she could read my mind because she said, "you don't need to be scared. they are really nice! they will love you!", she said cheerfully. oh god, she's not gonna let me say no. here we go.
