A week before tae's birthday!
Jungkook keeps thinking, what he should do for his boyfriend, he wants the best for him, the very best he can get, because he deserves everything in the world, but Jungkook is just an ordinary boy who loves him so much.
His mind momentarily goes back to the day when they spent the whole day just laying on the couch, cuddling while having a movie marathon.
"Gguk, do you really love me?" Taehyung asked while playing with the younger's fingers.
"Why do you keep asking that, love?" Jungkook asked curiously.
"Do you really want to spend the rest of your life with me? Are you sure about that? What about what other people will say?" Taehyung asked mumbling.
"Hey, what's going on? Is something bothering you? Babe, for everything that you are asking, you don't really need to be worried anymore, I would say yes for everything, I want you to be happy, and I'm happy, if you're happy." Jungkook said smiling.
Taehyung doesn't answer, he just looks into Jungkook's eyes, and kisses Jungkook's palm which was already in his hand from the very beginning.

"Should I do that to convince him? Is that what he really wants? What if it's not? What if I'm misunderstanding what he wants? What should I do?"
Jungkook was thinking whether he should do what Taehyung might want but he's afraid that he is misunderstanding the whole thing.
They have been together for 8 years yet nothing ever changed. Their love, their touch, their eyes, their affection, everything was just the same. For some people who know the feeling of falling in love, they would say that their love is the purest thing in the world.

One day passed swiftly, 6 days left until Tae's birthday. Jungkook hasn't made a decision yet. But his little heart keeps saying that he should do that, to give Tae what he wants for 2 years now.
He grabs his phone and opened an online shopping store and looked up for engagement rings. After looking for a long time he finally made a choice and purchased two beautiful silver bands.
"I hope he'll like it, I hope you will be happy with this Tae" Jungkook thought to himself.
