4. You can only submit each story once
5. No more than five submissions
6. You CAN write fanfic of preexisting fanfic (credit the author or else you're disqualified)
7. You CAN nominate someone else (with their consent)
8. Tag your story for mature themes and add trigger warnings if necessary
