***ALERT ITS A SHORT CHAPTER***

We look outside and look in horror. We saw people chasing people but they weren't people...they looked dead, pale, and had...bite marks on their skin but yet they were still standing as like it was never there. Bump!

Uggggghhhhg. I look over to...one of those things staring at me like I was meat. I looked in its eyes and saw nothing. Just deep darkness. "JOHN! GO NOW!" Mom screamed in terror. Screechhhhh. Dad pulled out of the drive way and headed down the road. I looked back to the thing following the car, dragging its limbs, trying to catch up with us.

Knock!knock! I open to door to see jacob. "Hey Sierra can you go on a run?" I nod my head waiting him to continue. "We need you to get some more supplies."

"I suppose." With that I shut the door and make my way to the living room so I can go upstairs (stairs are in the living room). I pass Luke and Hannah on the couch talking. Not wanting to interrupt their conversation. I get to my room and go to my closest and get my usual outfit.

A T-shirt and jeans. I grab my sword and bow and start heading down stairs. I don't even make it halfway toward the door before my cats start pawing at my leg. I bend down and pet them. "Where are you going?" Luke asks. I stand up and brush off my pants and look at him. "Have to do a run." Hannah nods at me. "Not on your own your not." Lukes starts to get up. "No Luke not this time." And with that I left and got in the car and headed towards the gate.

As I made my way to the nearest town, I wondered what it would be like if the zombie invasion never happened. I would have had my mother, father, my friends. Things will never be the same. And I blacked out but before I blacked out the horn was ringing in my ears.
