"SO HOW'S YOUR MAGIC DOING. EVERYTHING ALRIGHT?" Ms. Tig asked, causing Faye to bite her lip and lean back into her seat. The entire session had been going well but she was dreading the question knowing Mystic Falls High would come up.

"My mom went to Mystic Falls High. She played soccer and I saw her picture in the trophy case and I just—" Pausing for a second Ms. Tig's stare did not break off of Faye even as she wrote things down, "My magic isn't the problem I am."

"What do you mean by that?" Ms. Tig asked, noting how Faye's hair had some flyaways and she slouched forward. Faye's shoulder noticeably fell at her sides.

"This goal won't work because I would have to change everything about me. I can't be fixed Ms. Tig. I think my best bet is just trying to be less social. That way I can stop trying to control everything," Faye explained, looking rather defeated but Ms. Tig smiled.

"You're not broken Faye you're growing. You put yourself out there and got hurt. It's okay that's good because you came out of your comfort zone," Ms. Tig explained and Faye offered a chuckle, "You participated in a football game and went on a mission. Guess what, you didn't try to run everything or have an incident."

"But the hi—" Faye began but Ms. Tig shook her with a soft smile.

"You're still human, it happened plus you contained it. You don't have to change who you are. Just get better at navigating it," Ms. Tig said and Faye smiled wiping her hair down as she sat up straight.

"Okay, can we please end early I really need to brush my hair and iron this shirt," Faye said anxiously and Ms. Tig nodded as she was now acting like herself. Leaving the room in a hurry as she turned the corner running into Lizzie both girls fell to the ground.

"Good job witch of the week," She said, standing up Faye mumbled an apology before continuing on. Getting to her room she stopped short as her door was cracked open.

"Henry this is like the hundredth B and E," Faye said and Henry smirked rolling his eyes, "Why are you looking at me like that?"

"Keep you on your feet," He said quickly as he swung his fist missing by a few inches as she ducked.

"I need to change," Faye said, standing staggered as Henry still had his fists up.

"Fine. Surprised you're not preparing to run to represent the witches," He said, walking into her room she shut the door behind her. Walking to her closet unbuttoning her shirt she did not consider covering up. Henry only glanced in her direction for a second before looking around the room.
