Sunni Method/I Am Method: ( Level: Easy )
(1.) Get yourself tired but again, don't fall asleep yet.
(2.) Get into a comfy position that you know you won't move in.
(3.) Start imagining your DR/WR but think about one specific scene, it can be anything.
(4.) Once you have that certin scene in mind, start adding detail to it. For example, try to imagine what it smells like or how something feels or tastes.
(5.) Once you think it's realisic enough, start using affirms but keep focusing on the scene.
(6.) Keep doing this until you start to feel the symthems like tingles, dizziness, bright lights.
