Estelle Method: ( Level: Medium )
(1.) Meditate and get as calm as you can, clear your mind as well.
(2.) Get in a comfortable position that you won't move in and put in some earbuds or whatever you have.
(3.) Start playing a good song that you can slow dance to, for example my one is "Snowman" by Sia.
(4.) Imagine yourself slow dancing with a signifigant other, family, friends, lovers, ect from your DR Until the song ends.
(5.) Once the song ends, the person you are dancing with will say, "let's go home" as they leads you to a door.
(6.) When they open the door you should see a white light, walk into a bright light.
(7.) Once you are surrounded by the light, start repeating affirms until you start to feel like your falling.
(8.) stay focused on your vision as you continue doing affirms. your vision will start to go white as all the other symthems should come too.
(9.) At some point your vision will go back to normal, open your eyes and you should be in your DR/WR.
