    There were two methods that worked the best for me, and those two methods happened to be the Flower Method and the Train Method. This is how you do each of the methods.


Flower Method:

(1)  Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes. Try clearing your mind and get into a light sleep (half alseep).

(2)  Imagine yourself  in your room (the one your currently in). In front of you, you should see a random single flower  that has a lot of petals.

(3)   Pick up the flower, and look in the center of it. As you look in the center, take a deep breath . You should start to feel positive energy surrround you as you calm down.

(4)   When you feel enough positive energy surrounding you, slowly take of a petel and feel yourself letting go of your CR (current reality).

(5)   Start feeling your emotions cycle back and forth as you start reciting affirmation (affirm).

(6)   Start imagining your mind/soul escaping your body and drifting of into the sky.

(7)   Open your eyes and you should be in the place you wish to wake up in (waiting room).

(8)    Start walking around your WR until you find the front door.

(9)     After you get to the front door, proceed to then open it .You should open it to find your current self lying on your bed. Then you have to make a final decision, stay in your CR or proceed to go in DR. 

(10)  If you decide to stay in your CR, go into your currents selfs body. If you decide to proceed with going to your DR (desired reality), go back to the bed in the room you woke up in and fall asleep in the position you started in.

     Now if that seems too advanced, this other method that worked for me is much easier

Train Method:

(1)   Start by geting a little tired but not tired enough to fall asleep and do some affirmations beforehand.

(2)    Slowly clear your mind from all the negative thoughts. Once you feel that all negative thoughts are gone and your the calmest you can be, proceed to the next step.

(3)  Imagine yourself on a train and your on the route for  your DR. Keep your eyes closed or it will ruin the whole process.

(4) Start putting details into the train and the scenery  before you get to your destination (DR).

(5)   While this is all happening, try to be as positive as you can while doing this method or else it can be a bit difficult to do.

(6)   Lastly, once you reach your stop, take a deep breath and open your eyes. Then you should be in your DR


These 2 methods I definietly reccomend. I find them very underated and not talked about enough. Hope this helped :)
