EXPERIMENT 101 -BOOK 2-

The Unexpected(Benji's POV)

      I feel the warm shiny sun shining brightly under my eyes, as if it were telling me to get up. I do as the sun directs me to, and look around. I gasp in shock. I couldn't believe my eyes. Cadence and Ajax were sleeping next to me...meaning that we were no longer fused together! It was too good to be true though, how could this had happened?! This can't just happen overnight..or can it? I look around and watch golden glitter fall around my brothers and I. I've heard from old and wise scavengers/travelers that fairies are commonly found in snow forests, and since fairies are fairies, their job is to help others be happy and un-curse them if they come upon someone that has been cursed of unpleased with their appearance, or just unhappy in general.

Since this is a fantasy book, of course unicorns and fairies are real. Although unicorns can only be found near beaches. Oh and in fact, in this fantasy story(this isn't important at all but whatever) unicorns and fairies say that they absolutely HATE each other. They're jealous of each others powers, so that's why they hate each other.

      A fairy must've been passing by and noticed the fusion of my brothers and I. They must've known that we hated how we've been "cursed", so they were kind enough to uncurse us. if they were here, then I would've thanked them. Unfortunately as I look around it seems that they were either in a rush or they prefer not being seen. My excitement causes me to squeal and run around of joy. I jump on everyone asleep waking them up alarmed one by one. "Guys look! We're no longer fused! Isn't this exciting?! I can finally do whatever I want on my own again!" I exclaim. I run around some more causing snow to fly in every direction. They each stand up on all fours gaining back their balance, vision and memory. "Ugh, did you really have to jump on my back like that? You could've just said my name repediangly, rolled my body around or just poked me until I woke up" says Hiroshima grumpily. I could tell Dad was trying to hold in a laugh. He started by snickering, then looking away. "Well what's so funny?" asked Hiro. He couldn't hold it in anymore. He bursted out laughing. 

"I didn't mean to laugh, but you just sound so much like your mother! She would've said the same thing if she were here." He says. Ajax and Cadence just stared at each other concerned. 

"Well what on earth happened to you? Sir, Im sorry but you look like a deceased rat that just escaped from a restaurant before being eaten alive by Michael Jackson himself! exclaims Ajax.  

"Excuse me? And who are you to talk to me that way? You would be much more likeable if it wasn't  for that hole in in your mouth that noise comes out of!" replied Cadence. Dad just continued laughing at his sons insulting each other.

I did NOT come up with the second one. I just searched up "good roasts" on google and found it. But the first one was made by me.

      Hiro turned to me and asked if they were always like this. I nod my head 'no', but say that it's somewhat rare for Cadence to bite back. After the two finished biting each others feelings off, we decided that we should go back into the village we were in before and search for mom. We start heading north, and take off. As we fly in the cold morning sky, I notice that we actually weren't too far away from the village. Just a couple minutes away, probably 50 minutes by walking but 30 minutes by flying to be exact.  As we get closer, we notice something different. The village seems to be empty. As if no one was there. Soon enough I notice that there's actually a handful of crystal-dragon guards shouting at a woman with 2 small children to go back to their home. The woman dropped the groceries she was carrying, grab her children by their hands and ran. I also notice a much larger dragon(probably 23 ft tall) shouting something that I can't quite hear correctly.
