Agape - Peter Parker

Chapter 4

Diana was sitting on an arm chair in the Parker residence while May Parker and Tony Stark sat together on the other couch. Tony had been telling May about a 'Stark internship' that he wanted both Diana and Peter to be involved in. May was exctatic when Diana had told her who she was, May had claimed that Peter had told her all about her and Diana couldn't help but grin and feel her cheeks go red.

The sound of Keys rattling into the door stopped the talking and Peter Parker walked in with headphones in and something tucked under his arm, he chucked his bag on one of the chairs in the dinning room and made his way to the kitchen not looking up "hey may" he said to his aunt and then pulled his headphones out

"hey! how was school today?" May asked him and Peter still hadn't noticed the other two people in the room 

"it was okay... there is this cray car parked outside..." Peter stopped talking when he looked up and finally noticed Diana and Mr Stark in his loungeroom. His eyes widened and his mouth opened slightly 

"hey Peter" Diana said and waved over to the boy 

"oh Mr Parker" Tony said and Tony looked between the two not knowing what to say or who to talk to first 

"um.." Peter muttered out 

"don't stand there with your mouth open Pete, talk to him" Diana said with a grin and then nodded her head over to Tony

"um h-hey, what what are you doing here. Hey uh, I'm  Peter" Peter stammered out

"I'm tony" Tny stark said, stating the obvious

"what are you, what are you, what are you doing here?" Peter said and let out a nervous chuckle and crossed his arms across his chest

"its about time we met, you've been getting my emails right?" Tony said and Peter looked over at Diana in confusion and she quickly nodded her head, telling him to say yes

"uhh... yeah, yes of course" Peter said quickly and nodded his head looking back towards tony "regarding the uhh.."

"you didn't tell me about the grant" May said 

"the grant" Peter confirmed, still having no idea what was going on

"the September foundation" Diana chiped in helping the two boys 

"yeah" both Tony and Peter say quickly

"Remember when you applied?" Tony asks in a normal voice 

"yeah" Peter says

"yeah well i approved, so now we are in business" Tony said and then brought his cup of tea up to his lips and took a sip of it

"but you didn't tell me anything whats up with that?" May asks and turns her body to look directly at Peter "you're keeping secrets from me now, whats up with that?"

"he wanted to surprise you" diana quickly adds

"yeah i just, i just knew how much you love surprises" Peter quickly stammered out to his aunt "so i thought i would let you know... anyway what did i apply for?" peter asks tony 

"that's why I'm here to hash it out" Tony said 

"hash it out? nobody even says hash it out, what does that even mean?" Diana asks under her breathe in confusion

"okay hash... hash it out okay" Peter said and grinned over at Diana who was mumbling to herself

"its so hard for me to believe that she is someones aunt" Tony suddenly says and points over at may causing the two teens to look at him in confusion and disgust
