Chapter 6: life and death (Kyoto's pov)

I never gave much thought as to how i would die. definitley didnt think it was gonna be at the hands of my own best friend. "where's the i'm not gonna die attitude you had with your fight with me" a female voice said i could tell it was akua by looking at the dark figure at the foot of my bed "dammit akua im not gonna fucking die today" i could feel the shinso blood inside of me kick in as the power surged through me i took one foot and placed it on the ground. thunder and lightning started to roar and bellow outside. the door to my infirmary room opened as Mizore stepped in i was in the middle of doing push-ups

"No what the hell are you doing dumbass" she started crying. me not paying attention to her, started doing sit-ups. she put my face into her chest with her crying her eyes out. "glad to see you too" i said muffled by the two mountains of snow in my face. after she stopped crying i explained akua's visit. "there's something about akua that pisses me off i want to show her that i am the alpha, just because she is older doesnt mean that shes more mature"

"hey guys come in here i have a suprise for you" Mizore exclaimed happy with herself. the others came into the room ash was the last one in "huh wheres Kyoto" "HERE BITCH" i hit him in the gut and he was over the top excited that i had survived. "wait Ruby said you were in your final hour" Tsukune said with a bruise on his left cheek from where ash and i had simultaneously punched him. " i was but i got a stange visit from my eldest sister and she pisses me off." i explained "why are you in casual clothes, and why are they made in america." mother asked. "this is all they could do since my clothes were stained in blood so they gave me casuals until i can afford new school uniforms" i replied. Mizore, who was standing in the corner giggling to herself "i think he looks sexy the shirt they gave him really defines his muscles" she said. everyone looked back at her with a 'what the fuck' face and quietly went about there business. Mizore is a little goof ball but shes mine. I thank god for that, not sure what I would do with out her at times. "Kyoto you little bitch that kinda hurt." "Your welcome asshole" "oh by the way..." "what now?" I say as he drops a pile of homework on my hand, "damn it Ash!" "Last thing...here." Ash dropped a brand new school uniform. "thats from all of us, mizore mostly." i looked over at mizore and she was blushing. I signaled for her to come here. She came over and sat beside me.

"i want to tell you how i survived it wasnt just akua that stressed me to the point where i got mad its because im a shinso vampire, more importantly a prodigy child the last of my kind beside Tsukune and Moka who are normal shinso vampires they can never match up to my strength and speed. Anyways the visit from akua set off the shinso blood in my veins" i explained. "that explains the screaming i heard before i came in here" she said i looked up her eyes were glistening in the sunlight coming through the windows. Her purple hair was glimmering. Something about dying made me want to be with her more. Kurumu busted in the door yelling something that was too loud for me to hear. "where is he" she asked me "who? ash? he just jumped out the window not sure if hes still alive though" she looked to the open window behind me that was blowing cold air into the room." to be honest your boyfriends a dumbass." "I'm still gonna kill him, he stopped talking to me because he thought he'd killed you. He wouldn't even let me in his room because you just took your damn time." "Wait are you... blaming me?" "Now that I say it, yeah it is your fault." " Ash!" Ash imediatly popped up from the window. " Wait arent we on the second floor?" "Yeah i held on to the windowsill" "Ash get in here." Kurumu ordered and Ash obeyed immediatley. He then walked and stood next to Kurumu, They put their arms around each other and she started to cry into his chest. "Dont scare us like that again. Even if you do survive... I will kill you, you understand" Kurumu said through her tears. "Kurumu he didn't mean too and no your not." Ash said. "No I get it. Kurumu I can't make any promises but I will try." "Don't you worry honey I would kill her if she tried" Mizore said as she snuggled into my shoulder. I put my arm around her and we just talked, all of us, about everything that had happened while I was out. Finally Ruby came in and talked for a few moments until she said I needed my rest and kicked everyone out. I wasn't surprised when Ash stopped at the door. "Hey man listen, I didn't mean to break anything. It's the curse of a hydra. The more power we gain, the less control over ourselves we actually have." "Ash I get it my step mom was pushing she awoke something I have never seen from you before... Now you heard Ruby get out of here man let me sleep." "Alright last thing, you should spend time with Mizore when you get out of here, she came to me almost every night and cried into my shoulder." "Ok man, I hear you." "Night."

The very next day I was let out my rib, like nothing ever happened. I did exactly as he told me and cut a class and spent time with Mizore. She seemed to be a little more... happy to see me today. Maybe cause I had been out for almost three days. We went to the bus stop and skipped rocks, and she made me a lunch, and we ate a picnic right on the edge of the cliff. Through out this entire time she would snuggle up too me and I was so happy. Ash came too me later and he was walking Kurumu too class when he saw me. He said something to Kurumu who ran over to Moka till he got back. He walked over to me and said "Man I'm not sure how you did it but I owe you big. After your little date she came up to me and told me how happy she was." "I was just doing what you said to do" he just kinda smiled and walked back to Kurumu, put his arm around her, looked at me and stuck his tongue out, I can't believe he was bragging. he was already back to his old self. "Dumbass" I say to myself and I head off to class. After class, Mizore, Ash, Kurumu and I went to the roof and had a small double date. Ash and Kurumu disappeared around the corner, all we heard we kissing noises. Make out session good for him. So we decided to take advantage of that time too and did the same. Finally the day came to an end and Ash and I walked Mizore and Kurumu back to their rooms where they met up with Moka and Yukari. As Ash and I walked away were heard our girls telling their friends of thier day, and of our double date. "I think it's been a pretty good day, don't you Ash?" "Yea it was pretty good especially that double date" he said as he smiled. "I heard you making some odd sounds while you and Kurumu were around the corner." "Ohhhhh that yea umm we were just.... You know what I heard you too ya bitch!" We walked back to our rooms said goodnight and went to bed. But I've decided I'm not ready to die yet.
