Chaaru and Mullai were busy jumping and hugging clearly thrilled at the prospect of spending the next couple of days together

The rest looked on amused at all the sounds they were making

Once the excitement came down they came back to earth and Chaaru extricated herself long enough from Mullai to hug Kathir and she screamed Anna...Thank you Thank you Thank you

Kathir was actually thankful for the aural assault coz it helped him handle the shock that this hug was..he would have been very embarassed had it not been for the very loud anna screamed in his ears..

His concentration was completely diverted to squelching that ringing noise from his ears that the shock of the hug was forgotten

Chaaru oblivious to this continued to thank him for keeping his word and coming to stay as promised

Kathir stood nonplussed not clear if she even expected him to revert or if it was supposed to be a monologue from this live wire

He realised she was on better behaviour the last time he saw her..either it was the first meet syndrome or the fact that they were in a shop

He had always thought Mullai was a bit of a terror..but this cousin of hers promised to be an absolute terror..Mullai even from the before marriage days was definitely an angel in comparison

With this thought he looked at Mullai only to find her struggling very hard to control her laughter

Mullai : naane thevalaam athaane she grinned

Unable to believe that she had read him so well his face broke into a grin..

Kathir : athe he nodded

Mullai : vaanga pazhagidum..

They all went in and had a hearty lunch

Chaaru took special care to serve Mullai and Kathir..

She seemed to know what both their favourites were..she knew Mullai's he could understand..but his was a surprise..he felt very loved..it was a lovely feeling really...to be loved by someone from Mullai's side of the family...he remembered the animosity between him and Mullai's parents

After lunch the 4 youngsters left for their shopping..

Ashok was feeling a little under the weather..Kathir offered to drive..

Mullai was a little scared but knew better than to say anything..she tried hard to remain calm..

Kathir sensed her panic..but it did look like Ashok was in no position to drive..

Ashok had a tablet and got in at the back..

Kathir was amused..this girl was a lady version of Kanna..verbally there was no respect in the way she addressed her brother..but the care and concern..she was genuinely upset that her brother was unwell..

Mullai was happy that she would be sitting up front with him..

Kathir was happy that he thought of asking Ashok to lie down and take rest so Mullai could sit next to him..
