I grabbed my jacket on the way out and he opened the door to his car for me. " thank you," I said as I got in. " welcome princess," he smiled and closed the door and got in on the drivers side. He took of driving down the street. " still not gonna tell me where we are goin?" I asked. " nope" he replied and smirked. I huffed and stared out the window pretending to pout. He took his hand in mine and said " your fake pout is cute but it's not gonna work. I'm still not gonna tell you." I looked at him and gave puppy dog eyes. " nope still not telling you." I sighed. Faintly I could hear All of the Stars by Ed Sheeran. " I love this song," Liam told me as he turned the volume up. " Me too, he is a great singer," I stated. " maybe this will be our song then ," he said while sending me a wink. " okay," I said quietly. " okay" Liam replied with a small squeeze of my hand. The car ride has been so long. It's been like 45 mins. " are we there yet?" I asked. "No." "Are we there yet?" " no." "Are we there yet?" I asked again. " yes" he answered. " really !?" I asked. " no," he said and started laughing . " 5 more minutes. If you can wait that long." He said laughing. " I can wait." I sat there patiently. Finally we arrived at a fair. My whole face lit up. Liam parked the car and I quickly got out. I grabbed Liam's hand and ran to the entrance with him. " someone must like the fair" he said while trying not to laugh. " I love the fair, I havn't gone since I was in 8th grade though" I beamed as I told him. " well tonight is your lucky night" he said while buying our tickets. He retook my hand and we walked in. There was 2 hours till the sunsets and all the rides light up. Liam led me to the fun house first. I started laughing as Liam fell down walking through the tunnel that spins but he grabbed my ankle and dragged me down to and we were both rolling around laughing. He got up before me and helped me to my feet. " come on," he said and dragged me to the fun mirrors. I stood in front of one that made me look short and Liam stood in front of one that made him super tall and skinny. " this accurately got your height right" he joked and poked my arm. I shoved him lightly " does not."
We finally made it out of the fun house and went on a few other rides. "Mmm cotton candy," I said as I could smell the sweet stuff being made. " let's go get some," Liam said and he bought us one to share. I grabbed a piece of the fluffy sugar and let it melt on my tongue. I moaned a lil. " so you like cotton candy, eh ?" He laughed. "No I don't," I replied sarcastically. " let's go in here," Liam pointed to the tunnel of love. " ok Liam." We got into the little boat thing and went off into the tunnel. Liam looked at me and I turned away blushing. I slowly looked at him again and he was looking at me smiling. He slowly leaned in and kissed me passionately. He quickened the pace of the kiss in which I followed his pace. We were soon making out then we heard a person clear their throat. Liam and I pull away to see a worker there and our ride was over. We got out of the boat and my face was super red. We went on a few more rides till I saw the bumper cars and got excited. " let's go!" I screamed happily as I pulled Liam towards the bumper cars. " I'm the king at bumper cars," Liam stated while we waited in line. " sure you are." The sun was already down and they switched on the lights to all the rides. The whole fair was lit up and it looked beautiful.
We got up to the front of the line and finally it was our turn. " game on," Liam said as the bell rung for us to begin. I steered my car and hit Liam and quickly turned my wheel to head the other direction. Liam quickly came behind me and hit me. I laughed and turned around to hit him. This went on for about another few minutes till our time ended. " told you I'm the king ," Liam bragged. " sure whatever" I rolled my eyes. Liam led me to a bottle toss booth. " I'm going to win you a bear" he told me. Liam handed the guy the money and Liam tried to knock down the bottles. He threw the first ball it missed. He threw the second and knocked all of them down. " which bear?" Liam asked me. I pointed to a big brown bear and the guy handed to Liam. Liam handed it to me. I hugged it and then hugged Liam. " thank you"
" you're welcome princess." Liam kissed my forehead and said " I think it's time we go home." " ok I'm kinda tired" I replied and yawned a lil. He took me back to the car and we drove home. Quietly playing on the radio was All of Me and I remember hearing Liam quietly singing along as I drifted off into a comfortable sleep. A little while later we arrived at Liam's flat. I stirred awake as I felt myself being carried. " I got you don't worry," Liam said softly. He carried me into the room and laid me down. I closed my eyes again and felt Liam pull me into to him. " goodnight , thank you for tonight," I told him. " welcome goodnight Brittany," he said and kissed my cheek. With that I fell into a dreamless slumber.
